Abstract

Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung handelt es sich um eine Maschine zum überziehen von Produkten aus der Nahrungsmittel- insbesondere aus der Schokoladen- und Süßwarenbranche mit einem Überzug aus kakaobutterhaltigen oder fetthaltigen Massen oder auch zuckerhaltigen Massen mit Hauptstation, einer Massewanne mit eingebauter Temperiereinrichtung, einer oberhalb angeordneten Überziehstation.
