In seaports and inland ports, containers of various sizes are transported from the quay to the warehouse or to subsequent transport equipment (trucks, trains) and vice versa. Since the beginning of the worldwide container transport, this transport has been carried out predominantly with straddle carriers, high portal-type devices which pick up containers (active device) by means of spreaders and transport them to any location within the terminal, load trucks and trains and can operate 3-line high-line storage ( 3 containers are stacked in rows, next to the rows are lanes for the straddle carriers). Due to its size, this universally usable device has a high weight and corresponding price and for horizontal transport a relatively low driving speed. In addition, linear warehouses are inferior in terms of area and height use of block warehouses operated by gantry cranes. Large and now increasingly automated terminals separate horizontal transport from vertical transport (stacking) and use trucks or AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles). These devices are passive, they must be loaded and unloaded from the container bridge or the block warehouse gantry crane, which leads to a coupling of work processes and causes waiting times in practical operation. These disadvantages are avoided by the invention. 1 ) shows a side view, 2 ) an end view and 3 ) is a top view of the "self-loading vehicle" (SLV). It is a portal device Pos. 1 ) with about 4.5 meters portal height and about 5 meters portal width. The drive unit 3 ) consisting of diesel engine pos. 40 ), Generator pos. 41 ), Hydraulic unit Pos. 42 ), including control cabinet pos. 43 ) are arranged on the portal. The container is taken with a known Teleskopspreader Pos. 2 ), which is directly coupled to the hoist. This consists of four lifting elements Pos. 3 ) (Hydraulic cylinder, threaded spindle or other linear gear), which are independently gimbal in stable equilibrium position on overlying portal carriers pos. 4 ) are mounted so that the four lifting elements are not perpendicular to each other with the correct position of the container and device hanging but slightly inclined in both directions inward (similar to a four-sided prism, not shown in the drawing). As a result, a swinging of the load when lifting is completed quickly and the container raised stable. The device can be equipped with 4 or 6 single wheels Pos. 5 ), 8 or 12 smaller diameter wheels may also be appropriate. The wheel bearing in the carriage is via a wheel fork Pos. 6 ) with pivot pos. 7 ) and the wheel force is in a known manner via a prestressed spring (elastomer block) pos. 8th ) in the construction pos. 1 ) transfer. This type of wheel bearing, has the disadvantage that arise in two- or multi-wheel arrangement without mechanical load balancing (eg Blancier) Radkraftunterschiede partial bumps (pothole, curb). The invention avoids this disadvantage by hydrostatic wheel bearing 4 ). It is ever a cylinder pos. 12 ) per wheel rotatably on a thrust bearing pos. 9 ) above the pivot pos. 7 ) and the piston chambers pos. 10 ) of two or more wheels connected. The wheel force is via the piston rod pos. 11 ) in the construction pos. 1 ). The piston rod pos. 11 ) is a massive open-bottom tube and thus part of the piston pos. 13 ), the fixed with the fixed feed and connection line Pos. 20 ) of large diameter from the vertically movable cylinder pos. 12 ), which is connected to the Nachsaugleitung. This results in a fast path compensation for road bumps. The cylinder pos. 12 ) are installed in the middle position and the respective wheel force determines the pressure in the cylinders pos. 12 ), which is the same except for the pipe friction. During operation, the leak oil is automatically refilled, out of service, the lines are closed to the center position of the cylinder Pos. 12 ) to keep. If z. B. a wheel drives over a curb and is thereby lifted, oil from this in the associated with him cylinder Pos. 12 ) and push its wheel down by the same amount, keeping both wheels in contact with the road and transmitting the same wheel force. Depending on the requirement, the traction drive Pos. 14 ) distributed to all or part of the wheels. The drive can be done mechanically, hydraulically or electrically, the latter increasingly gaining importance as a single-wheel drive. The steering is a four-wheel steering, each wheel has its own steering cylinder Pos. 15 ), which is controlled by the steering program. Thus, a four-wheel steering or a front-wheel steering or even a rear-wheel steering can be selected. By the same direction inclination of all wheels, the device can move laterally obliquely. The container transport in the terminal can proceed as follows. Between the camp and quay one outward and one return lane are marked by z. As a grid of transponders or induction coils in the ground, by visible road markings, or GPS and radar. The devices with distance monitoring drive in close succession on these tracks. In front of the wharf or warehouse, there is a sequentially controlled unloading section via which the individual devices (through lateral movement) leave their lane and reach the loading lane without crossing. After loading it goes in the same way on a Einfädelspur on the Rückfahrspur. The containers are picked up as follows: The device Pos. 1 ) has changed to the charging lane, his radar or camera system detects the container to be picked up in time and drives to the middle and notes that there is enough space for the own chassis next to the container, then the container is driven over with further correction of the center position , Distance sensors on the carrier measure perpendicular to the container on both sides. The difference between the measured values results in the steering correction which is corrected individually only with rear wheel and then with front wheel steering. So a very accurate parallel center position between the vehicle and the container is reached very quickly. The locking position in the longitudinal direction is approached directly, because sensors detect the container end in time. The spreader pos. 2 ) is lowered at device standstill and finds on fixed pinball Pos. 16 ) the exact locking position with the container, then the lifting process takes place until the spreader Pos. 2 ) in the uppermost stroke position with fixed stops Pos. 17 on the portal carrier pos. 4 ) is locked. At the destination, the container is set free of pendulum after the device has come to a stop and the device leaves the container by driving forwards or backwards.
