Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Radarvorrichtung (2) eines Fahrzeugs, wobei Wetterbedingungen (W) einer Umgebung des Fahrzeugs erfasst werden. Erfindungsgemäß werden in Abhängigkeit der Wetterbedingungen (W) die Radarvorrichtung (2) und/oder in Abhängigkeit von mittels der Radarvorrichtung (2) erfassten Radardaten ausgeführte Funktionen gesteuert, wobei die Wetterbedingungen (W) aus einem Betriebszustand zumindest eines Scheibenwischers des Fahrzeugs ermittelt werden. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Steuerung einer Radarvorrichtung (2) eines Fahrzeugs mit einer Erfassungseinheit (1.1) zur Erfassung von Wetterbedingungen (W) einer Umgebung des Fahrzeugs. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Erfassungseinheit (1.1) mit einer Steuereinheit (1.2) gekoppelt, mittels welcher in Abhängigkeit der Wetterbedingungen (W) die Radarvorrichtung (2) und/oder in Abhängigkeit von mittels der Radarvorrichtung erfassten Radardaten ausgeführte Funktionen steuerbar sind, wobei die Erfassungseinheit (1.1) die Wetterbedingungen (W) aus einem Betriebszustand zumindest eines Scheibenwischers des Fahrzeugs ermittelt.The invention relates to a method for controlling a radar device (2) of a vehicle, with weather conditions (W) in the surroundings of the vehicle being recorded.
