Durch die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung kann ohne spürbare Vergrößerung des baulichen Aufwandes eine effiziente Reinigung von Gliederketten durchgeführt werden. Die Reinigungswanne ist typischerweise oben verschlossen und bildet damit einen im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Kasten, innerhalb dessen die Reinigung stattfindet. Wesentlich an der Erfindung ist, dass durch die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungseinrichtung nicht nur die Oberseite der Gliederkette sondern die Gliederkette insgesamt gereinigt wird, so dass jeglicher Schmutz und jegliche Fremdkörper sicher von der Gliederkette entfernt werden können. Wesentlich ist auch, dass eine Kombination von Nassreinigung und anschließender Trocknung stattfindet, wobei durch das Abblasen nicht nur die Trocknung der Gliederkette bewirkt wird, sondern auch noch eventuell anhaftende Fremdkörper sicher entfernt werden können. Dadurch kann eine besonders effiziente Reinigung erreicht werden. Auch bei den Blasdüsen zur Trocknung und zur Trockenreinigung ist eine unterschiedliche Ausrichtung sinnvoll und vorteilhaft.
