The high-pressure water flow impact force is large when the external high-pressure cleaning machine is connected, the impact force when water flow is in contact with equipment is increased, hot water with cleaning liquid in the circulating water tank 3 is matched, stains on the surface of the equipment can be cleaned comprehensively and effectively, water in the circulating water tank 3 can be recycled, the efficient cleaning effect is achieved through a small amount of water, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and water resources are saved.
It should be further noted that, the self-cleaning device is further provided with an external water pump valve 11, and when the oil stain is heavy, the water in the circulating water tank 3 can not be cleaned again when the self-cleaning operation time is long, or the water in the circulating water tank 3 can not be cleaned when the water is not added, and the like, the device can also be cleaned by the external water pump when the cleaning operation is performed.
It should be further noted that the portion of the water inlet pipe outside the cleaning hood 2 has no specific shape, and may be set to be U-shaped, arc-shaped or any other shape capable of allowing the chain equipment to pass through without any obstacle, so as to form a shower pipe 5 capable of allowing the chain equipment to pass through and well communicating with both sides of the cleaning hood 2.
It should be further noted that, the lower part of the cleaning cover 2 is provided with a filtering funnel or the upper part or the bottom of the circulating water tank 3 is provided with a filtering screen, and the setting position of the filtering device may not be fixed, so long as the setting position of the filtering device can achieve the purpose of filtering out the oil stain and the dregs after cleaning.
It should be further noted that four universal wheels can be further arranged at the bottom of the frame 1, stability of the cleaning device is guaranteed by locking during cleaning, the self-cleaning device is conveniently moved away by opening and locking after cleaning is completed, one worker can operate, time and labor are saved, movement is convenient, and use is flexible.
It should be further noted that the continuous self-cleaning device for the frying chain is not limited to use when the chain is cleaned in a fried chicken production line, and any production equipment which needs cleaning in the food industry and similar production equipment and products which need cleaning in other industries can be used for production operation by the self-cleaning device, and any other modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made on the basis of the principles and technical scheme of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.

A continuous frying chain self-cleaning device comprises a frame (1), a circulating water tank (3) and a water pump (4), wherein the circulating water tank (3) and the water pump (4) are arranged on the frame (1); the method is characterized in that: the circulating water tank (3) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the frame (1), the water pump (4) is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the frame (1), the cleaning cover (2) is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the frame (1), spraying pipes (5) are arranged at two sides in the cleaning cover (2), the spraying pipes (5) are positioned above the side of the chain, and a channel for the chain (12) to pass through is formed between the spraying pipes (5) at two sides; the spray pipe (5) is connected with a water outlet pipe (6) of the water pump (4); a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the circulating water tank (3), and the water outlet is connected with a water inlet pipe (7) of the water pump (4);
the upper side of the outer part of the cleaning cover (2) is also provided with a high-pressure cleaning machine connecting pipe (8), and a supporting rod (13) for supporting the high-pressure cleaning machine connecting pipe (8) is arranged between the pipe orifice side of the high-pressure cleaning machine connecting pipe (8) and the cleaning cover (2) in an inclined way;
