Abstract
Zum Lagern und zur Entsorgung von Biomüll bzw. organischem Müll werden aktuell entweder Biomüllbeutel aus Papier oder aus Maisstärke verwendet. Im Falle des Müllbeutels aus Papier ist jedoch eine Tropfsicherheit und Hygiene im Gebrauch nicht dauerhaft gegeben. Biomüllbeutel aus biologisch abbaubarer Maisstärke führen in Kompostieranlagen und Biogasanlagen zu Prozessstörungen und gesteigerten Betriebskosten. Dies ist der Grund warum immer mehr Landkreise deutschlandweit Biomüllbeutel aus Maisstärke verbieten. Mit dem neuen HYBRID Müllbeutel für Biomüll wird erreicht, dass der biogene Abfall während dem häuslichen Gebrauch dicht, tropfsicher und hygienisch handzuhaben ist und eine anschließende Vergärung bzw. Kompostierung problemlos möglich ist. Der HYBRID Biomüllbeutel besteht aus einem tropfsicherem Unterteil (4), einer Sollbruchstelle (3), einem Papieroberteil (2) und Tragegriffen (1). Im unteren Teil aus biologisch abbaubarer Maisstärke oder anderen Kunststoffen (4) werden Flüssigkeiten aufgefangen ohne auszulaufen bzw. durchzuweichen. An der Sollbruchstelle (3) bzw. der obere Teil aus Papier (2) reißt bei der Kompostierung/Vergärung bzw. beim Transport im Müllwagen auf und legt den organischen Inhalt zur Kompostierung bzw. Vergärung frei. Mit Hilfe der Tragegriffe (1) kann der Biomüllbeutel getragen und verschlossen werden. Der HYBRID Müllbeutel eignet sich zur dichten, tropfsicheren und hygienischen Lagerung von biogenen Reststoffen, ohne die anschließende Verwertung zu beeinträchtigen.For storing and disposing of bio-waste or organic waste currently either organic waste bags made of paper or corn starch are used. At the predetermined breaking point (3) or the upper part of paper (2) ruptures during composting / fermentation or during transport in the garbage truck and exposes the organic content for composting or fermentation. With the help of carrying handles (1) the bio-waste bag can be worn and closed. The HYBRID garbage bag is suitable for dense, drip-proof and hygienic storage of biogenic residues without impairing the subsequent recycling.

Die Energiewende und politische Richtungsweisungen (ab 2015 bundesweite Einführung der „Biotonne”), fordern immer mehr auch alle bundesweit erfassten biogenen Reststoffe getrennt zu erfassen. In Biogasanlagen und Kompostieranlagen nach Stand der Technik sind die zugeschnürten, verschlossenen Biomüllbeutel aus Maisstärke allerdings ein großes Problem. Beispielsweise werden in Feststoffvergärungsanlagen oder Kompostieranlagen über die Gesamtverweildauer die Biomüllbeutel nicht optimal zersetzt. Das führt zu erheblichen Ausfällen der Methanerzeugung in einer Biogasanlage. In Kompostieranlagen führt dies zu Verunreinigungen und folglich zu einem erhöhtem Zusatzaufwand zum eliminieren dieser Müllbeutel.
