Abstract
Description
In Deutschland fallen pro Jahr ca. 1,8 Mio. In Germany incur approx. 1.8 million tonnes of incontinence products per year (IKP) consisting of child diapers and diapers from nursing homes, which according to the waste code 180104 must be disposed of. This is currently happening (mostly with household waste), via incinerators or since the year 2002 in addition to MBA systems (Mechanical-biological waste treatment).
There the used and wet ICPs have a calorific value of less than 2'500 kJ / kg, must e.g. in a classic waste incineration plant Addition of high calorific fuels which average one Calorific value of over 9,000 kJ / kg, be fired.
Durch
die Erfindung nach dem Patent
Dem gegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Verfahren zu schaffen, mit dem Einrichtungen, bei denen IKP anfallen kostengünstig mit Windeln versorgbar sind.the across from the object of the invention is to provide a method with the facilities that IKP incur with cost Diapers are available.
These The object is achieved by a method having the features of the patent claim 1 solved.
According to the invention in the institutions (private households, hospitals, nursing homes, Nursing homes) incurred incontinence or cellulosic Sanitary articles (for example diapers, disposable wipes, napkins) collected after use, transported to a fermentation plant and that at the fermentation plant resulting biogas for energy supply in diaper production or the cleaning of laundry used, which also arises in the aforementioned facilities. Then be fresh diapers from an interim storage or directly from the diaper production transported to the device.
The inventive solution makes it possible to ensure the diaper supply with minimal energy expenditure.
According to one particularly preferred embodiment In essence, the incontinence products are transported before transport Packed air- and odor-proof. For this example, suitable Plastic bags used, which are hermetically sealed, for example by vacuum, by the odorous exhaust air either via a central vent, or through a replaceable filter cartridge (eg activated carbon), which neutralizes the smell.
The inventive method is especially effective when the fresh diapers from the laundry together with fresh linen to be transported to the facility and the packaged incontinence products together with dirty laundry to the fermentation plant or to the laundry be transported.
Around In order to adapt to a fluctuating need, it is preferred that To store diapers in an interim storage and from there the facilities to supply or not needed fresh diapers to spend in this interim storage.
The Process is particularly effective from an energetic point of view, when in the laundry or in the diaper production resulting fiber or pulp in the fermentation plant For example, be converted to biogas.
According to the inventive concept is it prefers when the fermentation plant and the laundry or diaper production as close as possible are arranged to each other.
Of the Transport between the aforementioned facilities is preferably via transport vehicles, the respective diapers and possibly fresh linen or incontinence products and dirty laundry take up.
Around To avoid odor airtight sacks with IKP, especially from private households, with a suction device, for example a vacuum cleaner, to be vacuumed.
Preferably is at an interface between the suction device and the bag with IKP, in front of the Step of vacuuming, an odor filter arranged to the smell to neutralize.
Of the Sack with IKP is advantageously multiple times over a closure openable and lockable and can if necessary over this closure is vacuumed with the suction device. Thus, one is Multiple use of the bag possible and this can be vacuumed easily, without additional openings.
Zur Vorkonditionierung der Inkontinenzprodukte kann aus Umweltschutzgründen das Abwasser einer Wäscherei genutzt werden.to Preconditioning of incontinence products may be for environmental reasons Wastewater of a laundry be used.
Vorteilhafterweise kann das zur Vorkonditionierung eingesetzte Abwasser der Wäscherei, insbesondere durch den Prozess der Vergärungsanlage, von Schadstoffen befreit werden, wodurch die Abwasserqualität verbessert ist.advantageously, can the sewage used for preconditioning the laundry, especially through the process of fermentation plant, of pollutants be liberated, whereby the wastewater quality is improved.
Sonstige vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand weiterer Unteransprüche.other advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of further Dependent claims.
Es zeigen:in the The following are preferred embodiments of the invention explained in more detail with reference to two schematic drawings. It demonstrate:
On The reason of this invention may be a simple and inexpensive logistics concept be developed in the laundries cooperate with IKP manufacturers and care facilities as well as hospitals with the the same transport vehicle with fresh linen and IKP supply and treat or dispose of used products at the same time. Today, fresh and used clothes are transported in the same vehicle.
New is that through a special packaging device for IKP (Vakuumieren and welding the transport bags) now this polluted and infected IKP, hygienically harmless händelbar are and in the same vehicle along with the dirty laundry and the fresh produce can be transported. The preferred detection in air, odorless and germ-free vacuum-packed plastic bags on Place of the actual Accumulation of waste (Nursing home or care area) leads to a significant reduction of germs and the odor in for example a nursing home or a child flu is also considerably reduced.

- 2.2.1 Outpatient home care which also incontinence patients with fresh IKP (
2 ) and at the same time polluting the IKP (2.3 ) take up (2.5.1 ) and either via the transport route (2.5.2 ) to the collection point (2.4 ), or directly via the transport route (2.5.5 ) to the biogas plant (1.6 /3.6 /3.12 ) spend. - 2.3 Specialized IKP sacks from private households (
2.1 u.2.2 ) with airtight closures, which are provided depending on the collection system, for example, for identification with a bar code. These special bags can be vacuumed via a special attachment in the form of a detoxification cartridge or filter cartridge (eg activated charcoal) with a suction device, for example a commercial vacuum cleaner, and can also be repeatedly opened and closed via a closure, with this closure being required the suction device is connected. - 2.4 Municipal or private IKP collection and collection system with a pick-up or pick-up system in which identification (
2.3 ) Households may be rewarded by the municipality, through a reduction in waste fees. The delivery system is, for example, container systems which have a ventilation system in which, for example via activated carbon, the exhaust air from odor is substantially neutralized. About a rotary lock the bag (2.3 ) in the container (2.4 ) brought in. However, the lock can only be moved if the identification of origin has been carried out beforehand (eg by bar code or code input via a numeric keypad). - 2.5 Transport (eg of interchangeable containers) by the municipality or an authorized entrepreneur to a biogas plant (
2.6 ). - 2.6 Biogas plant and / or ethanol production plant for the methanization of the IKP for the production of electricity and heat via a CHP plant. It is advantageous if the plant is located in a commercial area in which the waste heat can be fully utilized by industrial companies, or the gas (
1.7 ) can be fed directly to a steam generating plant. - 3 laundry, which except other products (such as, for example, hotel and restaurant laundry) especially the laundry of nursing homes, nursing homes and hospitals (
3.5 ) and treated. - 3.1 In a network contract with one or more IKP manufacturers (
1 ) are the laundry (3 ) ICP (1.1 ) or by the laundry company (3 ) even picked up at the IKP manufacturer and transported on directly (3.3 ) to the consumer (3.5 ) or in the laundry (3 ) has its own ICP (1.1 ) - delivery system set up. - 3.2 The clean laundry is transported with the fresh diapers in the / the transport vehicles (
3.3 ) and in the outward transport (3.4 ) to the hospital and care facilities (3.5 ) spent. - 3.3 Transport vehicles with separate roll container equipment for clean laundry and new diapers (
3.3 ). - 3.4 Transport route with fresh material to the consumers (
3.5 ). - 3.5 consumers of laundry and IKP (
3.2 ) - - Nursing homes - Nursing homes - Hospitals. - 3.6 Used, contaminated and contaminated ICPs.
- 3.7 On each care and care station there is a packaging device consisting of a preferably vacuuming device with which the IKP packed in special bags is deprived of air and then the sacks are hermetically sealed or welded.
- 3.7.1 Highly contaminated laundry from epidemic stations or surgical underwear are vacuumed in sterile sacks, which consist of materials which are introduced unopened into the laundry device and dissolved in the wash liquor without residue by the water and the effect of temperature.
- 3.8 Subsequently, the hygienically safe to handle IKP sacks can be transferred to an intermediate storage or transport container.
- 3.9 The used ICPs (
3.6 ) are removed together with the dirty laundry from the dirty laundry intermediate storage (3.10 ) with the transport vehicle (3.3 ) in which apart from the polluted IKP (3.9 ) and dirty laundry (3.10 ), not yet delivered fresh products (3.2 ) are located. On the return transport, the used IKP (3.9 ) to the biogas plant (3.12 ) and the dirty laundry (3.10 ) at the laundry (3 ). - 3.9.1 Direct transport from the used IKP (
3.7 ) from hospitals and nursing homes (3.5 ) to the biogas plant (3.12 ). - 3.10 Dirty laundry in laundry.
- 3.11 The pulp from laundry, which is mainly made of cotton, becomes a biogas plant (
3.12 ) and fed to the fermentation process. - 3.12 It is an advantage if the biogas plant (
3.12 ) and / or ethanol production plant in the vicinity of the laundry (3 ), so that the biogas can be easily disposed of via a (eg buried) gas line (1.7 ) for heat energy and steam generation to the laundry (3 ). A rough calculation on the basis of experimental data and mass flow calculations showed that per household ware the consumption of laundry (3.10 ) and IKP (3.9 ) on the exploitation of the ICP (3.9 ) in a biogas plant (3.12 ) the heat output via the biogas (1.7 ) is sufficient to complete the washing process (3 ) Heat energy self-sufficient.
