Abstract

Punching strip (1) for a stamped part with a U-shaped latching foot (5) and with a U-side of the yoke (8) on the U-legs (7) facing away from the latching foot (5) vertically protruding contact finder (6), wherein in the punching strip (1) of the U-shaped latching foot (5) and the contact finder (6) are arranged side by side as separate components such that the central longitudinal axis (9) of the U-transverse yoke (8) and the central longitudinal axis (10) of the contact finger (6 ) run parallel to each other and that the latching foot (5) and the contact fingers (6) after ejection from the stamped strip (1) are vebindbar with each other.

Description

The present invention relates to a stamped strip for a stamped part, in particular a conductive contact foot. Such a contact foot consists of a U-shaped locking foot and a side remote from the U-legs of the locking leg vertically projecting contact fingers. According to the prior art, two such contact feet are arranged in a punching strip next to each other. In this arrangement, a lot of punching waste accumulates, which causes a considerable wear of material.

Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the objects to design a punched strip so that the punched material waste is minimized.

This object is achieved by a stamped strip with the features of claim 1 in an inventive manner. The dependent claims include in part advantageous and in part self-inventive developments of this invention.

The invention is based on the basic idea of designing the stamped part in several parts and thereby arranging the individual parts of the stamped part in the stamping strip relative to one another in such a way that the material waste arising during punching is minimized. This material-saving arrangement is inventively achieved in that the U-shaped locking foot and the contact fingers are arranged to each other so that the central longitudinal axis of the U-transverse yoke of the locking foot and the central longitudinal axis of the contact finger parallel to each other.

In an advantageous development of the U-shaped locking foot and the contact fingers are arranged to each other so that the contact finger between the U-legs of the contact foot is disposed near the U-transverse yoke.

After ejecting the stamped parts from the stamped strip, the latching foot and the contact finger are connected together to form a one-piece component. Preferably, this connection is positive. It is particularly advantageous to simply snare the contact finger on the locking foot.

Since the punching strips are usually designed as endless belts, it is considered advantageous to arrange the locking foot contact finger pairs in the punching direction closely one behind the other.

Reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings, the invention is explained in more detail. Show it:

The punching strip 1 has a strip frame 2 with in the stripe frame 2 arranged attack holes 3 on. The attack holes 3 serve as an attack for pens or the like to the punching strip 1 during the punching process in the punch feed direction 4 to be transported in the punching tool.

In the in 1 illustrated punching strips 1 are in pairs a catch foot 5 and a contact finger 6 in punch feed direction 4 arranged one behind the other. The locking foot 5 has two U-legs 7 as well as the U-thighs 7 connecting U-cross yoke 8th on.

Punching strips ( 1 ) for a stamped part with a U-shaped locking foot ( 5 ) and one from the U-cross yoke ( 8th ) of the latching foot ( 5 ) on the U-thighs ( 7 ) of the latching foot opposite side perpendicular projecting contact fingers ( 6 ), characterized in that in the punched strip ( 1 ) the U-shaped locking foot ( 5 ) and the contact finger ( 6 ) are arranged side by side as separate components such that the central longitudinal axis ( 9 ) of the U-cross yoke ( 8th ) and the central longitudinal axis ( 10 ) of the contact finger ( 6 ) parallel to each other and that the locking foot ( 5 ) and the contact finger ( 6 ) after ejection from the punched strip ( 1 ) are connectable to each other. Punching strips ( 1 ) according to claim 1, characterized in that the contact finger ( 6 ) in the punched strip ( 1 ) between the U-legs ( 7 ) of the latching foot ( 5 ) is present.
