Offenbarung der Erfindung Disclosure of the invention
Das vorgeschlagene Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem, insbesondere Common-Rail- Einspritzsystem, umfasst eine Hochdruckpumpe und eine Vorförderpumpe, mittels welcher Kraftstoff aus einem Kraftstofftank ansaugbar und zur Förderung auf Hochdruck über eine Zulaufleitung der Hochdruckpumpe zuführbar ist. An die Hochdruckpumpe ist zur Rückführung einer Leckage-, Schmier- und/oder Kühlmenge eine Rücklaufleitung angeschlossen. Erfindungsgemäß ist in die Rücklaufleitung stromabwärts des Anschlusses der Hochdruckpumpe ein federbelastetes Ventil, insbesondere ein Rückschlagventil oder ein Überströmventil, integriert. Das stromabwärts des Anschlusses der Hochdruckpumpe in die Rücklaufleitung integrierte federbelastete Ventil vermag ein nah an der Brennkraftmaschine angeordnetes Rückschlagventil zu ersetzen, wobei es sich in dieser Anordnung als deutlich weniger störanfällig gegenüber Druckpulsationen erweist. Zudem werden die Temperaturanforderungen an das Ventil reduziert, da die Anordnung weiter entfernt von der Brennkraftmaschine erfolgt und das Ventil somit auf geringere Einsatztemperaturen ausgelegt werden kann.
