Mit „Laderaum des Kraftfahrzeugs” sind im Zusammenhang mit der vorliegenden Erfindung Ladeflächen oder Ablagen gemeint, die im Kofferraum oder im Insassenraum des Kraftfahrzeugs als Transportflächen genutzt werden können. Es ist grundsätzlich denkbar, die beschriebene Spannvorrichtung nicht für Transportgüter auf Bodenflächen zu nutzen, sondern die Spannvorrichtung auch zur Halterung von Gegenständen an Seitenwänden zu nutzen. Unter „vorgesehen” soll insbesondere speziell ausgelegt und/oder ausgestattet verstanden werden. Unter einer „Bandeinheit” soll dabei insbesondere eine Einheit aus zumindest einem Band verstanden werden, das eine Länge aufweist, die um ein vielfaches, vorzugsweise mindestens um den Faktor 10, größer ist als eine Breite des Bands. Dabei Ist die Bandeinheit vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise aus einem Kunststoff gebildet. Unter „elastisch” soll dabei insbesondere verstanden werden, dass die Bandeinheit zumindest entlang ihrer Länge elastisch dehnbar ist. Dabei lässt sich die Bandeinheit in ihrer Länge vorzugsweise zumindest um den Faktor 1,5 verlängern. Unter einer „Koppelvorrichtung” soll insbesondere eine Vorrichtung mit zumindest einem Koppelelement verstanden werden, die durch einen Form- und/oder Kraftschluss zumindest zwei Stellen der Bandeinheit miteinander verbindet. Dabei kann eine mittels der Koppelvorrichtung durch einen Form- und/oder Kraftschluss entstandene Verbindung vorzugsweise manuell wieder gelöst werden, wodurch die miteinander verbundenen Stellen der Bandeinheit voneinander getrennt werden können.
