Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend wenigstens eine Heizeinrichtung für eine in dem Kraftfahrzeug vorgesehene Komponente, wobei die Heizeinrichtung wenigstens ein Kohlenstoffnanoröhren umfassendes Heizelement aufweist.The invention relates to a motor vehicle, comprising at least one heating device for a component provided in the motor vehicle, wherein the heating device has at least one heating element comprising carbon nanotubes.
Heizeinrichtungen auf der Basis von Kohlenstoffnanoröhren sind im Stand der Technik bereits bekannt. Kohlenstoffnanoröhren stellen eine bestimmte Form des Kohlenstoffs dar, bei denen die Struktur durch in Form von Röhren geformte Graphitebenen gebildet ist. Derartige Kohlenstoffnanoröhren können, insbesondere eingebettet in ein bestimmtes Matrixmaterial (oft auch „Bindermatrix” genannt), die Leitfähigkeit und die Heizwirkung eines Heizelements herstellen. Heizeinrichtungen, die Kohlenstoffnanoröhren im Heizelement verwenden, sind besonders gut für flächige Heizungen geeignet und weisen eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen auf. So ist eine äußerst homogene, gleichmäßige Erwärmung großer Flächen vollkommen ohne sogenannte „Hot Spots” möglich, wobei beliebig geformte Oberflächengeometrien beheizt werden können. Nachdem die Heizeinrichtungen mit ungefährlicher Niederspannung betrieben werden können, ist eine hohe elektrische Sicherheit gegeben. Dennoch lässt sich eine hohe Heizleistung bei niedrigen Versorgungsspannungen erreichen. Beispielsweise ist die Bordspannung eines Kraftfahrzeugs bereits ausreichend, um die Heizeinrichtung zu betreiben. Der elektrische Anschluss gestaltet sich äußerst einfach, nachdem letztlich nur Elektroden mit entsprechenden Zuleitungen mit dem Heizelement gekoppelt werden müssen. Auch die Kontrolle und Steuerung erweist sich als einfach, zudem sind Kohlenstoffnanoröhren kostengünstig im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Heizsystemen. Insbesondere Heizschichten mit Kohlenstoffnanoröhren lassen sich mit hervorragenden Materialeigenschaften, beispielsweise hoher Robustheit, hoher Härte und hoher Resistenz gegenüber Wasser und alkalischen Materialien, herstellen.Carbon nanotube based heaters are already known in the art.
