Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verlegen von Klebebändern als Unterlage für elektrisch leitende Kontaktbänder an fotovoltaischen Dünnschicht-Solarzellen-Modulen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bzw. dem des Anspruchs 4. Bei der Herstellung von fotovoltaischen Dünnschicht-Solarzellen-Modulen werden einzelne Solarzellen mit beispielsweise zwei parallelen längsgerichteten Metallbändern unter Verwendung von Leitkleberraupen belegt. Die Metallbänder bilden die beiden elektrischen Pole und werden an einem Ende mit metallischen Kontaktbändern verbunden, deren Enden die Verbindungskontakte bilden. Diese letztgenannten metallischen Kontaktbänder werden unter Zwischenfügen eines ein- oder beidseitig selbstklebend ausgebildeten Isolierbandes aufgebracht, wobei an einer Station nacheinander sowohl das Isolierband als auch das metallische Kontaktband aufgebracht wird. Dabei ist das metallische Kontaktband auf einer Spule in erheblicher Länge aufgewickelt, während das Isolierband in demgegenüber relativ geringer Länge auf einer Spule aufgewickelt ist. Da die zu verlegenden Längen von Isolierband und Kontaktband für jeden Modul im Wesentlichen etwa gleich sind, bedeutet dies, dass die Isolierbandspule wesentlich häufiger ausgewechselt werden muss, als dies für die Kontaktbandspule der Fall ist. Dies bedeutet, dass diese kombinierte Station für den Isolierbandspulenwechsel immer wieder stillgesetzt bzw. das Verlegen des elektrischen Kontaktbandes relativ häufig unterbrochen werden muss.
