Der Gesetzgeber schreibt für Doppelkupplungs- und Wandlergetriebe eine Parksperre vor, die ein Fahrzeug an einem Hang mit bis zu 30% Steigung sicher in der Parkposition hält. Im Stand der Technik kommt hierfür zumeist eine Parksperre zum Einsatz, wobei ein fest auf der Getriebewelle angebrachtes Parkrad am Außendurchmesser eingearbeitete Taschen aufweist. In diese Taschen rastet beim Parken eine Klinke ein und verspannt damit das Getriebe gegen das Gehäuse. Ein Nachteil besteht darin, dass das Parkrad stets mitbewegt werden muss, was zu Verlusten führt. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass mindestens eine Schaltmuffe vorgesehen ist, wobei die Schaltmuffe eine Außenkontur aufweist, dass mindestens eine Schaltgabel vorgesehen ist, dass mindestens ein Klemmelement vorgesehen ist, wobei das Klemmelement eine zur Außenkontur der Schaltmuffe passende Gegenkontur aufweist, dass zwischen dem Klemmelement und der Schaltgabel mindestens ein Kraftschluss besteht und/oder erzeugbar ist, dass mindestens ein die Außenkontur der Schaltmuffe und die Gegenkontur des Klemmelements miteinander in Eingriff bringender Aktor vorgesehen ist, und dass das Klemmelement und/oder der Aktor zumindest teilweise im und/oder an der Schaltgabel angeordnet sind/ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Schaltmuffe auf einer Getriebewelle angebracht und dort insbesondere drehfest gelagert. Axial entlang der Getriebewelle wird die Schaltmuffe durch die Schaltgabel verschoben. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Parksperre insbesondere des Getriebes eines Fahrzeugs wird die Schaltmuffe über ein Klemmelement gegenüber der Schaltgabel fixiert. Da die Schaltgabel z. B. über ein Schaltgestänge mit dem Getriebegehäuse verbunden ist, ist die Schaltmuffe bei eingelegter Parksperre gegenüber dem Gehäuse drehfest gelagert. Ist über die Schaltmuffe insbesondere ein Gang eingelegt, d. h. drehfest mit der Getriebewelle verbunden, so ist auch die Getriebewelle festgelegt.
