Die Funktion des Verbindungsbereichs bzw. der Wirklänge kann dadurch beeinträchtigt werden, dass bei dem Verbindungsprozess der Randzonen an der Wirklänge des Verbindungsbereichs Freistellungen oder Ablösungen des Klebstoffs auftreten, die dann zum kostenträchtigen Ausschuss des kompletten Faltverdecks führen. Die Freistellungen oder Ablösungen des Klebstoffs werden z. Die Eingabe des Klebstoffs und der Einsatz der Spanneinrichtung lassen sich auf einfache Weise entweder mit am Personenkraftwagen montierten oder am vom Personenkraftwagen getrennten Faltverdeck vornehmen. Musterhaft ist, dass die werkzeugartige Spanneinrichtung ein inneres und ein äußeres Spannelement aufweist, die mit Spannflächen gegen die ersten und die zweiten Randzonen der Sichtscheibe und des Verdeckbezugs wirken. Hierzu arbeiten die beiden Spannelemente der Spanneinrichtung mit einer Zwinge zusammen, die einen gezielten Druck auf die Spannelemente ausüben. Die Zwinge kann als aufwandsarme Schraubzwinge mit ersten und zweiten Spannbacken ausgebildet sein, welche Spannbacken an einem Stellarm relativbeweglich zueinander ausgebildet sind. Schließlich setzt der Einsatz der Spanneinrichtung dadurch Maßstäbe für eine funktionsgerechte Handhabung, dass ihr inneres Spannelement und ihr äußeres Spannelement entlang dem Umfang der Sichtscheibe in mehrere Segmente aufgeteilt ist, die zusammensetz- und zerlegbar sind.The advantages achieved by the invention are to be seen in the fact that the input of adhesive into the local exemptions, detachments or the like.
