Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formensystem zur Herstellung monolithisch gegossener Betonschachtunterteile, bestehend aus einer Gerinne und Berme bildenden Gerinne-Negativform (
Schachtunterteile bilden die Basis vertikaler Schächte in Kanalisationssystemen zur Durchleitung von Schmutz- oder Regenwasser. Die Gerinneführung in den Schachtunterteilen ermöglicht Richtungsänderungen sowie die Einbindung seitlicher Einläufe. Der Stand der Technik umfasst neben Betongerinnen, welche entweder monolithisch in einem Guss hergestellt oder nachträglich manuell eingebracht werden, auch verschiedene Gerinneauskleidungen, z. B. durch Einbringen von Kanalklinkern oder verlorenen Schalungen unterschiedlicher Art, z. B. Kunststoff-Schachtböden oder Tonschalenelementen.Manhole bases form the basis of vertical manholes in sewer systems for the passage of dirt or rainwater. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formensystem zur Herstellung monolithischer Schachtunterteile mit einem Betongerinne ohne weitere Auskleidung, welche in entsprechenden Gießformen, bestehend aus einem Formkern mit der darauf positionierten Gerinne-Negativform, einem Formring zur Ausformung des Schachtüberganges sowie einer auch als Mantelform bezeichneten Außenschalung, monolithisch in einem Guss hergestellt werden. Dem Stand der Technik entspricht die Verwendung von Gerinne-Negativformen aus Metall, Kunststoff oder anderen geeigneten Materialien.
Der Rohranschluss wird bei den bekannten Verfahren dadurch realisiert, dass Schachtfutterformen oder -formteile vor dem Eingießen bündig an den Stirnseiten der Gerinne-Negativformen fixiert werden. Werden die Gerinne-Negativformen nach dem Aushärten des gegossenen Beton-Schachtunterteiles entfernt, führt diese Verfahrensweise insbesondere im Bereich des Rohrscheitels zu einem scharfkantigen Übergang von der Schachtwand in die Rohrmündung. Dies ist besonders nachteilig bei Wartungs- und Unterhaltungsarbeiten am Kanalsystem, da in diesem Bereich eingeleitete Spülschläuche beschädigt werden können oder zumindest einem wesentlich höherem Verschleiß unterliegen als bei einer abgerundeten Ausführung des Scheitelbereiches der Rohrmündung.The pipe connection is realized in the known method in that shaft feed molds or moldings are fixed flush before pouring the front sides of the channel negative molds.
