Description
The invention relates to a vehicle for carrying out construction work in the railway track area, this being a housing for work in the track.
Work on the track requires heavy-duty tools, which at present often can not be ergonomically arranged, as well as increased safety efforts to protect workers from accidents caused by approaching trains. As a rule, safety posts are used for this purpose, which issue warning signals in good time by means of a bugle. The necessary expenses are considerable in the large number of construction and maintenance measures often to be performed. In addition, the employees are exposed to the weather foot defenseless, which can also adversely affect the quality of the performance performed.

The transport of material (eg rails) and a higher conversion speed are also not possible for the reasons mentioned. Broadening in the area of platforms is possible only to a limited extent.

All maintenance vehicles have in common that they also have to be used in track curves. The existing route network has very many and sometimes very tight curves. Every moving track vehicle must adhere to a fixed clearance at every point of the rail network - including curves. This leads to, that the narrowest curve radii strongly influence the maximum permissible width as a function of the length of a vehicle. For the reasons mentioned above, all existing maintenance vehicles have the disadvantage that their length is too short and thus their enclosed space is too small to be able to effectively use them on all sections of the track or they must widen at the workstation in order to ensure a sufficient working space , The frame stability is also limited in the long vehicles.
The invention has for its object to develop a track construction vehicle, which adheres to the required Lichtraummaß driving at all points of the route network, yet a greater length and simple construction as possible with maximum stability of the frame, the operating forces provided a sufficiently large workspace and an optimal position of the track processing means to be used is adhered to the track.
This is inventively achieved in that the vehicle has a hollow box-shaped, rigid frame and two working platforms which rest on two Schienenfahrwerke and enclose a free in the direction of the track area working space, the vehicle has between the rail bogies in the transverse direction to the vehicle axle at least one hinged side wall, each consisting of two longitudinally superposed side wall parts, wherein the upper side wall part is fixed to the vehicle frame with a continuous joint or a series of joints and connected via a second continuous joint / joint row with the lower side wall part.
In an alternative embodiment, the vehicle may have a recovery on both sides of the vehicle longitudinal axis, which is designed in the transverse direction in an angled (or oblique) shape. It may have a different shape at the top of the frame than at the bottom. Thus, even in curves with an overlong vehicle, the required clearance is maintained without complex technology and with very good frame stability.
The side walls and / or the upper fixed frame alternatively each have at least one receiving device for rails. These are to be used in the transport case as shelves for a supply of rails that do not need to be transported separately.
The hinged side panels are placed vertically in the transport position or pulled slightly (5-20 °) in the direction of the center of the vehicle so that they can not get caught in any obstacle while driving. In the working position, the upper side wall part is folded by up to 80 ° to the outside, wherein the lower side wall part occupies a largely vertical position. In order to facilitate the lateral loading even further, the Ausklappwinkel can be increased beyond.
- • the vehicle can be manufactured in the folded state of the split side walls in curves in a length that had led to problems for previous vehicles,
- • the frame can be constructed very stably thanks to its hollow box-shaped
- • the adjustability in train bandage can thus be achieved
- • higher speeds can be driven
- • payload with several tons of material (such as rails) is possible
- • a complicated technique for transversely shifting the side walls is not necessary
- • the split folding mechanism ensures that there is always a sufficiently large working space only in the actual working area,
- • the split section pulls the lower area of the side walls upwards so that even in the area of low obstacles (eg platforms, LS signals etc.) it can be secured in the track area right up to the obstacle,
- • the lateral introduction of tools and material is possible with the raised side wall raised,
- • the hinged wall has no vehicle static function and can therefore be designed slim, which has a positive effect on the size of the working space,
- • this improves the effectiveness of the vehicles,
- • The vehicle can be moved in both directions controlled
- It has, if necessary, its own drive, but it can also be moved behind a tractor,
- • Employees can enter and leave the working area via lockable entrances / exits / doors at the front ends without entering the danger area of the neighboring tracks,
- • working machines can be used detachably via the longitudinally and transversely displaceable lifting devices, which ensures that every point of the working space can be reached and processed,
- • Trays can be stockpiled and transported without additional equipment through the shelves located in the side walls and / or upper fixed frame.
- • the lower part of the side wall and the attached tools and rails are always in a vertical position, which facilitates their handling,
- • due to the vertical position, the working space remains relatively large even when the side wall is not unfolded,
- • The tools required can be arranged ergonomically and optimally aligned to the track, which protects the health of the employees,
- • the working space can be illuminated optimally,
- • the weather protection for the employees is given, which also improves the quality,
- • The tools used are weather-protected and can be stored professionally, which extends their service life and reduces the need for repair,
- • there is better environmental protection through lower emissions.
