Description

The present invention relates to a method for mounting insulation boards on a substrate according to claim 1 and the use of an assembly aid for this purpose.

Insulating boards are applied to a substrate, for example a wall, with an adhesive, usually with an adhesive foam. However, there are a significant number of fixing angles necessary for mounting the insulation boards. In addition, the attachment of each fixing angle represents an additional operation. The present invention therefore an object of the invention to provide a method and the use of a suitable mounting aid, which allows a more cost-effective and time-saving installation of insulating panels with expanding adhesives and in particular manages without the aforementioned fixing angle.

According to the invention the object is achieved by a method having the features of claim 1 and a use of an assembly aid according to claim 4. Due to the fact that the mounting aid is used in the method according to the invention, it is possible in particular to dispense with auxiliaries which are installed with the substrate and thus have to be used per installed insulation board.
