A method for cleaning granular soil material 2 provides that CO dry ice 6, which is applied under pressure to the soil material 2, is used as the cleaning agent.
Description
The The invention relates to a method for cleaning granular soil material according to the preamble of claim 1.
Bodenarten. One Field of application of the cleaning process according to the invention is the cleaning of gravel, which in track construction in railway lines is used. However, other applications are conceivable, namely wherever grainy soil material accrues, what needs to be cleaned. Essential it is that the Cleaning according to the invention For example, gravel in track construction is not track bound, but is performed in a device which is independent of Track of the railway line is. It is thus a stationary or but also a mobile cleaning device for track ballast as well as for other building materials or soil types.
Ursache ist der Abrieb der Schienenräder und Einfließen von Schmier- und Betriebsstoffen, welche entsprechende Verunreinigungen verursachen.at Track construction in railway construction or in general for other construction measures The gravel masses or soil masses to be removed are of any kind with grits in the coarse fraction area, removed and disposed of. The ballast masses or soil masses are contaminated in rail traffic to 90% and charged. Cause is the abrasion of the rail wheels and inflow of lubricants and supplies containing corresponding impurities cause.
The Load is mainly in the fine fraction with grits from, for example, 0 to 32 mm of the removed material. The impurities penetrate the fine fractions of the soil and strain the material continuously. These impurities combine with the fine fraction. In the coarse fraction of the rock with, for example, grain sizes from 32 to 56 mm, the substances are declared as contaminated by adhesion.
Currently There are floor washing systems, both the fine fraction and the Clean coarse fraction by washing with water from the loads. Partially is used in fines also on chemical cleaning agents. These washing methods are not available for both the track and the track track-bound area. The known methods are very expensive since they generate wash water and waste products as hazardous waste. This is called so-called sewage sludge or contaminated washing water fed to a suitable disposal.
From that Therefore, the invention is based on the object, a simpler Method for cleaning granular To create soil material.
The technical solution is marked according to the procedure by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The invention is based on the basic idea to provide a cleaning method with a corresponding cleaning module for all mobile and stationary soil treatment plants. The invention is that for the usual screening and crushing plants, which separate the coarse-grained soil from the fine-grained soil, a process module is created, which dissolves the loaded fines, which adhere to the coarse grain, in a dry and simple way of coarse grain. The dry and dissolved contaminated material can then be disposed of in a simple manner. It can be stored as dry goods, disposed of or professionally processed. The cleaned coarse grain can be reused in a simple way directly in the wake in existing and popular screening and / or crushing plants. The waste can be disposed of with the fine-grained screenings together or as a separate fine dry. Instead of the washing of the ballast by means of washing water as before, a novel system for cleaning the ballast is thus used according to the invention. In this case, blasting units are used with nozzles which use CO 2 dry ice, preferably in the form of pellets. Basically, the spraying or irradiation of the ballast can be carried out by means of the CO 2 dry ice as in previous ballast washing systems in the wake for refraction and screening. The advantage of this special cleaning is that the dissolved by the dry ice protection particles are dry and free of wash water. Thus, the dirt particles can be introduced into the disposal masses of the dirt ball and the dirt particles and transported away with the soil masses to be disposed of via the normal conveying and transport technology. Separate collection and disposal is not necessary. There must be no containers for dirty washing water on the machine, as is necessary when cleaning with water. Thus, machine facilitation in the design and large savings in the clarification and disposal of accumulating wash water can be realized. Thus, in summary, the advantage of using CO 2 dry ice is that it achieves effective and rapid cleaning of the ballast in a "dry" manner. The dry ice cleaning plant sprays procedurally the coarse grain material with CO 2 dry ice, for example, under a pressure of 7 bar. As stated, the cleaned coarse material can be used again as a building material because it has been separated from the building material limiting contamination.
The development according to claim 2 suggests that the CO 2 dry ice in the form of pellets be thrown onto the surface of the soil material. These pellets burst on the surface causing the contaminants to detach from the surface.
The Training according to claim 3 pursues the basic idea that a drying of the to be cleaned Material takes place if natural moisture or weather-related moisture is present. This drying can be carried out by means of appropriate heat collectors.
The Training according to claim 4 beats before that Soil material is pre-cleaned by means of compressed air. this happens by optionally switchable air over Druckbedüsung. These Compressed air cleaning optimizes the cleaning process of the soil material.
The development according to claim 5 proposes that during the application of CO 2 dry ice compressed air is supplied simultaneously. This improves the separation of contaminants on the soil material and overall speeds up the cleaning process.
The technical solution is marked as a device by the features in the characterizing part of claim 6.
As a result, a dry ice cleaning system for a mobile and / or stationary use is created. The basic idea is that for the current screening and crushing plants, which separate a coarse-grained soil from the fine-grained soil, a module is created, which dissolves the coarse grain adhering, loading fines in a dry and simple way of coarse grain. The dry and dissolved contaminated material can then be disposed of in a simple manner. It can be stored as dry disposal material and disposed of or professionally processed. The cleaned coarse grain can be reused in a simple manner directly in the wake of existing or common screening and / or crushing plants. The waste material can be disposed of dry together with the fine-grained screenings or as a separate fines. From the implementation of the dry ice cleaning system sprayed the coarse grain with CO 2 dry ice, for example, under a pressure of 7 bar. The advantage of the device according to the invention is that the soil material to be cleaned is evenly distributed on the horizontal support surface. Since the feed device for the CO 2 dry ice is located above this support surface, the entire surface of the underlying soil material is thus easily reached.
Preferably it is according to the training in claim 7 in the support surface to a conveyor belt. This has the advantage that the coarse-grained soil material by means of the conveyor belt supplied to the cleaning device can be.
The Training according to claim 8 beats before that one Drying device is connected upstream. This can be done by means of appropriate Heat collectors done. This can cause natural moisture or weather Moisture can be eliminated. To create a consistent process can the drying device above the previously described conveyor belt be arranged, which is to be cleaned (and initially to drying) soil material is abandoned. By further movement of the conveyor belt can then the soil material after drying of the cleaning device supplied become.
The Training according to claim 9 beats before that the bearing surface is heated. This creates a further drying.
Preferably, according to the embodiment of claim 10, the support surface is formed as a grid. This has the advantage that the fine grain of the soil material falls through while the coarse grain to be cleaned is retained. Thus, the conveyor belt also serves as a sieve unit. In addition, the amount of dirt detached by the CO 2 dry ice drops down through the grate.
The Training according to claim 11 beats before that below the support surface one collecting area for the Fine grain is located. The contaminated as well as the fine-grained Unterkorn falls thus on this underlying collection area, from where it transported away can be.
Preferably it is according to the training in claim 12 at the collecting area to a conveyor belt. This has the advantage that the Removal of the goods located on it technically simple Way can be done. The use of a conveyor belt as a support surface has the advantage of that created a continuous pass through the cleaning device and to ensure a continuous workflow.
A further training suggests according to claim 13 ago that the bearing surface for the Soil a vibrator assigned. Due to the vibration, the soil material is transported moved and rotated. That's how it finds out uniform cleaning from all sides.
The development according to claim 14 suggests that a pre-cleaning by means of compressed air is feasible. As a result, the soil material is subjected to an additional air pressure cleaning.
Furthermore, the development proposes according to claim 15, that the feed device for CO 2 dry ice is associated with an additional compressed air supply. Thus, the Trockeneinssprühanlage can optionally be equipped with additional air pressure glands to improve the separation of contaminants and accelerate.
Finally, the training suggests according to claim 16 before that one Air suction device is provided. This air suction device has the advantage that floating Particles are sucked off and can not be inhaled.
