Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen von der Autobahn per Funk „abrufbaren" Park- und Ruheplatz für LKW's und Reisebusse. Auf dem jeweiligen Rastplatz sind Parkstationen eigens für LKW's und Busse eingerichtet und installiert. Diese Parkstationen sind vollständig beleuchtet, mit einem Sender und Empfängermodul versehen. Im LKW oder BUS befindet sich ebenfalls ein Sende- und Empfangsmodul und mit dem eingebauten Funkgerät kann die Frequenz 100,5 Mhz eingestellt werden. Mit dieser Frequenz 100,5 Mhz, wird dieser „abrufbare" und beschriebene Rastplatz xy geortet und im Bereich von 0–10 Kilometer Entfernung kann angezeigt werden, ob und wie viele Parkstationen dort FREI sind. Sind alle „Stationen" belegt, dann braucht der LKW oder BUS diesen Rastplatz nicht anfahren. Schon in etwa 5–10 Kilometer weiter, kann der nächste Rastplatz eventuell freie Parkplätze vorweisen, nur muss im Führerhaus des LKW oder BUS die nächstliegende Frequenz eingestellt und abgefragt werden. Sind dort Plätze FREI, dann können problemlos diese Parkstationen angefahren werden. Es gibt ja die verschiedensten Gründe, warum ein LKW oder BUS-Fahrer eine Parkstation anfahren will und muss. Erstens, der Fahrer ist durch seine schon bereits lange Fahrt sehr müde, er müsste tanken, er müsste mal austreten, er möchte gerne etwas essen und trinken oder er will vielleicht übernachten? Der erste Grund ist der Wichtigste! Wenn ein LKW oder BUS-Fahrer immer müder wird, dann steigt ja bekanntlich die Unfallgefahr! Falsches Ausscheren, risikoreiches Überholen, Auffahrunfälle bei einem plötzlich auftretenden Stau! Zur Zeit sieht das doch so aus: Findet der LKW oder BUS-Fahrer keine Parkmöglichkeit, dann fährt er trotz ansteigender Müdigkeit einfach weiter in der Hoffnung, dass er beim nächsten Rastplatz eine Parkmöglichkeit findet. Was wenn nicht? Mit meiner Erfindung könnte man am Fahrtenschreiber mit einem roten Punkt kennzeichnen, wie oft der LKW oder BUS-Fahrer eine freie Parkstation abgefragt und gesucht hat. Das wäre eine sichere Kontrolle für die Autobahnpolizei, denn wenn in etwa nach 3–5 abgefragten Rastplatzstationen immer noch nichts frei ist, dann müsste der LKW oder BUS-Fahrer (aus allgemeinen Sicherheitsgründen) gezwungen werden, die Autobahn bei der nächsten Abfahrt zu verlassen. Sobald er die nächste Ortschaft erreicht hat, muss er dann eben dort anhalten, parken und die vorgeschriebene Ruhezeit antreten! Nur so könnte man die erhöhte Unfallgefahr vorerst abwenden. Sobald der Fahrer die vorgeschriebene Ruhepause eingehalten hat, kann er gerne wieder auf die Autobahn fahren und seine Fahrt und Route fortsetzen. Auch diese Ruhepause wird auf dem Fahrtenschreiber aufgezeichnet. Diese Maßnahme ist für beide Seiten ein nachweislicher Schutz. Einmal für den Fahrer und zum Anderen ist es ein sichrer Nachweis für die Autobahnpolizei.
