Description

  • Aufgabe und Zielsetzung:
    • die Herstellung von Trommelmischern aus Kunststoff, die auch lebensmitteltauglich und für alle Mischarten geeignet ist.
  • Lösung:
  • Der Kunststofftrommelmischer wird aus Kunststoff hergestellt. In einer drehbaren Trommel, deren Auslassöffnung zudem gedreht werden kann, findet der Mischprozess statt. Mischprozesse können mit Trocken- und Flüssiggut durchgeführt werden.
  • Innerhalb der Trommelwand sind schräg positionierte Schaufeln angebracht, die in Mischpositionierung das Material anheben, das dann durch die Schwerkraft wieder nach unten fällt. Bei geänderter Drehrichtung fördern die Schaufeln das Mischgut zur Öffnung und zusammen mit der Kippvorrichtung der Trommel wird die Entleerung bewirkt.
  • Für flüssige Mischvorgänge kann die Öffnung durch einen Deckel mit einem Verschluss fest verschlossen werden.
  • Anwendungsgebiet:
    • der Kunststofftrommelmischer eignet sich für alle Mischarten von Flüssig- und Trockenmischvorgängen. Zu den Flüssig- und Trockenmischvorgängen gehören u. a. Mischvorgängen wie:
    • – Lebensmittel, Mörtel, Beton, Speis, Farben, Backwaren, Tierfutter, etc.
  • Der Prozess der Herstellung:
  • Mittels einer entsprechender Kunstoffspritz-Maschine und entsprechenden Teilwerkzeugen, werden erstmals 32–42 Einzelteile, je nach Typ, Kunststoffeinzelteile gespritzt. Zusätzlich noch die Verschraubungen, Räder und Klammern. Wobei die Trommel und das Gestell aus verschiedenen Kunststoffgrundstoffen hergestellt wird. Alle Halterungen und Klammern sind ebenfalls aus Kunststoff hergestellt.
  • Die Montage eines Kunststofftrommelmischers kann der Kunde aus den gelieferten Einzelteilen, It. Montageanleitung, selbst vornehmen, aber auch schon vormontiert geliefert bekommen. Bei werksmäßiger Herstellung, werden alle Teile durch das Kunststoffschweißen zusammen gebaut.
  • Größen und Abmessungen:
    • von jeweiligen Füllmengen von 100–320 Liter.
  • Die einzelnen Größen/Typen sind in den Stufen von je 40 Litern konzipiert.
    Längen = von 1200 mm–1800 mm
    Breiten = von 675 mm–910 mm
    Höhen = von 1270 mm–1570 mm
    Gewichte = von 40 kg–180 kg

    • Benzinmotoren
    • Dieselmotoren
  • Die Antriebe sind jeweils der erforderlichen Mischleistung angepasst.
  • Vorteile des Kunststofftrommelmischers:
    • – lange Lebensdauer, da alle Teile aus Kunststoff bestehen (außer Antriebe)
    • – robuste und durchdachte Konstruktionen für alle Mischvorgänge
    • – konische Trommelform, somit leichte Entleerung
    • – wartungsfreier Einsatz, da keine Durchrostung des Materials erfolgen kann
    • – keine Haftungsflächen in der Trommel, da nur glatte Kunststoffinnenflächen vorhanden sind, auch die Schaufeln
    • – perfekte Mischergebnisse für alle Mischvorgänge
    • – Selbstzusammenbau nach Montageanleitung ist möglich

Claims (2)

  1. der Trommelmischer ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er bis auf den Antrieb aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  2. Trommelmischer nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Deckel mit Verschluss aufweist.
