Hierzu tragen die Lagerung des hinteren Dachelements an der Drehachse und die beiden Lenkersysteme, die zwischen dem vorderen Dachelement und dem hinteren Dachelement bzw. dem Aufbau wirksam sind, durch ihre besondere konstruktive Ausprägung vorbildlich bei. Die Transportlenker des ersten Lenkersystems sind einfach zu realisieren und ihre Drehachsen können mit vertretbarem Aufwand an den Dachelementen vorgesehen werden. Das Zusammenwirken der beiden Lenkersysteme über das Vorgelege schafft günstige kinematische Verhältnisse zur Verlagerung der Dachelemente zwischen den Endstellungen – Schließstellung und Offenstellung – des Dachs. Dabei ist das Vorgelege ein ohne weiteres umsetzbares Bauelement, das funktionsgerecht zwischen den Lenkersystemen arbeitet.
