Abstract

The method involves providing a photo silicon layer (2) between two parts of glass roofing tile, in such a manner that a lower side and an upper side are stuck together, where the photo silicon is made of sand and slate. All photo tiles of the roof can be interconnected to a common system, by electrical contacts (4,5) and a plug-in module. The upper side of the photo tile is hardened in such a manner that the corresponding tiling is protected after adhesion and before splitting.

Description

Aufgabenstellungtask

With the patent application AZ 10 2006 029 282.0 For example, a method has been proposed for making photo-silicon from oil-bearing sands / slates so inexpensive that it is obvious for a homeowner to generate his own electricity. Traditional solar cells on rooftops are mounted in steel frames on the roof so that they can not be torn out in storm. The world market price for photo silicon and the low percentage efficiency of the solar cells combined with the sun moving in the sky from the east to the west make power generation uneconomical for the operator. Since the large electricity producers are expected to charge no more than 2 cents for the kilowatt-hour, but sell their electricity for 20 cents, it is obvious that self-supply with electricity will be left to the homeowners or the municipalities worldwide because of the foreseeable reduction in resources.

The object of the present invention is to construct a simple "roof tile" which uses the entire roof of the house for the production of direct current.A roof tile consists either of burnt clay or of concrete.Houses with flat roofs could be covered with "bricks" afterwards. The object of the invention is to describe, by means of a sketch, the mode of action of the current-generating "brick" which, according to the invention, should consist on the top of clear glass hardened on the surface. 3 ) drawn the top layer, with the lower layer ( 1 ) is glued. Before gluing, as in ( 2 ) - a thin layer of photosilicon on ( 1 ) placed. Subsequently, the transparent cover layer and the lower layer are glued. The resulting "photo tile" has electrical contacts on all four sides ( 4 . 5 ), so that in-line or parallel connections are possible on the one hand, but also the current drain of each "brick." Glass is so cheap as a product because it is made only of sand and salts and can be used for hardening with inexpensive drill joints "Photo Roasting Pan" discussed here is more resistant to treading than any clay tile and can be replaced as damaged if damaged.

The electricity is produced during the day, while at night cheaper fed-in hydrogen from pipe networks as from the patent application AZ 10 2006 029 282.0 (see above) can operate a generator.

Claims (3)

Presentation and use of glass "roof tiles", characterized in that the tiles used today come from clay or concrete to be replaced by glass "roof tiles", which originally consist of two parts and in between a layer of inexpensive photographic silicon, so that the glass upper - And underside can be glued together and is achieved by electrical contacts and plug-in modules that all "photo tiles" of the roof can be interconnected to a common system. Method according to claim 1), characterized that the top of the "photo tile" is hardened, so that the corresponding "brick" after bonding protected from bursting is. Method according to claim 1) and 2) characterized that the hydrogen produced in the production of photographic silicon so cheap is that he can drive a generator at night and thus a photovoltaic for generating hydrogen is eliminated.
