Die vorliegende Erfindung eignet sich für Kraftstoff-, Kühlwasser- und/oder Hydraulikpumpen, die insbesondere in Kraftfahrzeugen eingesetzt werden. Dies ist insbesondere bei Kraftfahrzeugen vorteilhaft, bei denen die Brennkraftmaschine im Heck oder im Frontraum eingebaut ist und bei denen z.B. im Crashfall eine höhere Gefahr der Beschädigung der Kraftstoffpumpe gegeben ist.
