Abstract

Bei einem Servoventil mit vier in einer Brückenschaltung angeordneten und durch piezoelektrische Ansteuerung veränderbaren Strömungswiderständen, wobei zwei gegenüberliegende Schaltungspunkte der Brückenschaltung mit Zuluft bzw. Abluft verbunden sind und zwischen den beiden anderen Schaltungspunkten eine in Größe und Vorzeichen veränderliche Druckdifferenz bereit steht, wird ein besonders einfacher Aufbau dadurch erreicht, dass den vier Strömungswiderständen (1, 2, 3, 4) ein einziges gemeinsames piezoelektrisches Biegeelement (13) zugeordnet ist, das zu zwei Seiten hin in Richtung auf zwei feste Gegenflächen (11, 12) auslenkbar ist, und dass jeder der vier Strömungswiderstände (1, 2, 3, 4) jeweils einen kompressiblen Schlauchabschnitt (14, 16, 17, 15) umfasst, wobei die in der Brückenschaltung (5) jeweils einander diagonal gegenüberliegenden zwei Schlauchabschnitte (14, 15 bzw. 16, 17) zwischen der einen Seite bzw. der anderen Seite des Biegeelements (13) und der jeweils gegenüberliegenden festen Gegenfläche (11, 12) angeordnet sind.
