Of the Invention is based on the object, the device mentioned to improve that a Dripping of the liquid Active ingredient reliable is prevented.
These Task is according to the invention with the Characteristics of claim 1 solved.
The device according to claim 1 comprises a container receiving a liquid agent. A liquid active substance has the advantage over a solid active substance that it is of constant quality and in particular concentration, so that its effect remains constant over the entire period of use. Suitable active ingredients are, in particular, fragrances, cleaning agents, preferably in the form of surfactants and colorants, in particular blue colorants. These drugs must be added to the rinse water in a certain dosage, so that they can develop their optimal effect. For this purpose, the opening of the container is in operative connection with a distributor plate, which distributes the active substance as evenly as possible over the surface thereof. In particular, when using fragrances as the active ingredient component, this two-dimensional distribution of the active ingredient ensures efficient evaporation of the fragrance, so that a sufficient amount of fragrance is also released to the ambient air between the individual rinsing operations. Moreover, the distributor plate ensures a correct dosage of the active ingredient for the next flushing process. In general, the active ingredient contains a colorant for dyeing the rinse water, in particular, a blue color of the rinse water is desired, which gives the impression of freshness. In order to prevent the active substance from dripping into the toilet bowl at the end of the rinsing process, which would lead to undesirable discoloration of the toilet bowl, the distributor plate is surrounded by a trough which extends over the upper edge thereof. During the rinsing process, the rinsing water is generally washed away on the upper side together with the active substance located on the distributor plate, so that only a part of the rinsing water and of the active ingredient gets into the trough. This is important in order to prevent rinse water from remaining on the distributor plate after the rinsing process has ended. Optionally, it is also conceivable that the flushing water impinging on the distributor plate passes completely into the trough. The tub itself has at least one drain, so that they can empty again. In order to avoid unwanted dripping of the liquid contained in the tub after completion of the rinsing process, the drain is equipped with a siphon, which can leak liquid only from a certain level of the tub. The siphon is preferably designed such that the tub can be almost completely emptied. Dripping rinsing water or active substance from the distribution plate into the tub, the siphon holds this liquid in until the next rinsing process the tub back. In this way, unsightly traces of late dripping in the toilet bowl are reliably prevented. In order to allow the liquid located on the distributor plate to get into the trough, it has been proven that at least one opening is provided in the distributor plate. Preferably, a plurality of apertures are distributed over the distributor plate to ensure effective drainage of the liquid into the pan. In order for a reproducible amount of the active substance to be distributed as evenly as possible on the distributor plate, it is advantageous if the distributor plate distributes the active ingredient by means of capillary channels over the surface thereof. For example, it is intended to form the distribution plate of porous material which absorbs the active ingredient like a sponge.
Around with simple means to ensure that the tub as possible Completely is emptied, it is according to claim 2 advantageous if the siphon has a pipe socket which projects below the bottom of the tub bottom. This pipe socket generates a certain suction on the in the Tub contained liquid, so that this is emptied to the lowest point of the siphon. This can be then the tub for example, by dripping from the distributor plate drug or water to the highest Fill the point of the siphon, without liquid emerges from the siphon.
Basically Any known siphon form can be used. To the device as possible simple and therefore inexpensive to be able to produce has proven the training of the siphon according to claim 3. at This training immersed the pipe socket from below into the tub bottom and is covered by a bell. This bell has near-ground openings, So that the in the tub contained liquid through the openings can penetrate into the bell. The openings form the deepest Point of the siphon. A drain of this liquid but only then is it possible when the liquid level in the tub to the upper end of the pipe socket reaches. Since that Rinse water bubbly arrives, the liquid level becomes in the tub during the rinsing process usually much above The upper end of the pipe socket enough, so that the bell in this case completely with the liquid filled is. This ensures in an optimal way, an almost complete emptying of the tub. In this embodiment of the siphon, the pipe socket can be straight be formed, what its production in particular by injection molding considerably simplified.
A further simplification of the production of the device results, if according to claim 4 the bell in one piece is molded to the tub. This eliminates assembly steps for Installation of the bell in the tub. In the production of the tub by injection molding This may be with or without the bell if necessary only minor Undercuts be formed so that in their production no Cores need to be pulled. The pipe socket is created in this case as a separate part and positive fit held on the tub. These are on the pipe socket bearing Part and pan slightly Undercuts required, but the injection molding technology are unproblematic.
Around to set the tub on the distributor plate has, according to claim 6 a frictional Proven connection. This is particularly easy to produce, especially no undercuts required are. In general, this connection is by itself additionally solidified thereon, so that without further action firm retention of the tub at the distributor plate result.
Around to prevent the Active substance can flow unhindered into the tub, it is according to claim 7 cheap, if the opening in the distributor plate is dimensioned in this way is, that you of the active ingredient only in the diluted by the rinse water state can be passed. This leaves the applied on the distributor plate Active ingredient obtained between rinses, what in particular for in Active ingredient contained fragrance components is important.
Diese Öffnung ist bevorzugt im Eckbereich der Verteilerplatte angeordnet, so daß diese die Haltewirkung der Wanne an der Verteilerplatte nicht ungünstig beeinflussen kann.alternative or additionally it is according to claim 8 low, if an opening is formed between the pan and the distributor plate is, through which the active ingredient or the rinse water get into the tub can. This opening is preferably arranged in the corner region of the distributor plate, so that these do not adversely affect the holding effect of the pan on the distributor plate can.
A preferred embodiment of the capillary channels results from claim 9. Thereby are in the surface the distributor plate grooves or slots formed, which form the Kapilarkanäle. This has the advantage that the Distributor plate made of the same material as the tub gefer can be, making the production of the entire device considerably simplified.
In diesem Fall kann auf zusätzliche Durchbrechungen der Verteilerplatte verzichtet werden.are the capillary channels formed by slots of the distributor plate, it is according to claim 10 cheap, when these simultaneously form the breakthroughs to the active ingredient or the rinse water to lead into the tub. In this case may be additional Breakthroughs of the distributor plate are dispensed with.
In the formation of the capillary channels in In the form of grooves of the distributor plate, it is expedient according to claim 11 to provide the openings in the distributor plate in the region between the grooves in order to prevent an uncontrolled flow of the active ingredient into the trough.
Finally is it according to claim 12 advantageous if the distributor plate, the pan and / or the Siphon made of a thermoplastic polymer, in particular polyethylene are created. Such a polymer can be very easily processed by injection molding, which makes the production of the device overall cost.
Of the Subject of the invention is exemplified with reference to the drawing, without to limit the scope of protection.
