Verriegelungsvorrichtung
für Kraftfahrzeugsitze
mit einer federbelasteten, schwenkbar am Kraftfahrzeugsitz angelenkten
Verriegelungsklinke (4'), die zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Verriegelungsbolzen
(5) ausgebildet ist, wobei an der Verriegelungsklinke (4') eine Kniehebelanordnung
(6') mit zwei Gelenkhebeln (6a; 6b) angelenkt ist, deren erster
(6a) mit einem Ende an der Verriegelungsklinke (4') angelenkt ist
und deren zweiter (6b) mit einem Ende am Kraftfahrzeugsitz angelenkt
ist, wobei die beiden Gelenkhebel (6a; 6b) mittels einer Feder (7')
beaufschlagt sind und gegen die Kraft dieser Feder (7') eine erste
Knicklage einnehmen, die mit einer Freischwenkposition der Verriegelungsklinke
(4') korrespondiert und zum Einnehmen einer entgegengesetzt gerichteten,
die Strecklage überschreitenden,
zweiten Knicklage ausgebildet sind, die mit einer Verriegelungslage
der Verriegelungsklinke (4') im Eingriff mit dem Verriegelungsbolzen
(5) korrespondiert, wobei die Verriegelungsklinke (4') mittels eines
an der Kniehebelanordnung (6) angreifenden Entriegelungselements
(8) betätigbar

der Verriegelungsklinke im Crashfall zu verhindern, ist es auch
bereits bekannt (
Gemäß Hauptpatent wird die Verriegelungsklinke durch in Kniehebelanordnung vorgesehene Gelenkhebel im Verriegelungszustand blockiert. Aus dieser Verriegelungslage kann die Verriegelungsklinke nur durch die Betätigung eines Entriegelungselements entfernt werden. Bei der Lösung nach dem Hauptpatent muß daher auch beim Zurückklappen des Kraftfahrzeugsitzes das Entriegelungselement betätigt werden, um ein sicheres erneutes Verriegeln des Kraftfahrzeugsitzes zu ermöglichen.
