Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a component for a accessible and / or passable area within or outside of a building comprising at least one in essential translucent approximately plate-shaped element and a lighting device arranged below it with at least one illuminant, which light through the gives off plate-shaped element upwards.
The components in the sense of the above definition floor lights are to be counted, for example. In the ground recessed lights, usually with this Completely flush with the surrounding ground level are known. Floor lights of this type can, for example, garden or Be terrace lights or lights in areas, in which vehicles drive. Such passable lights must be at least in their upper because of the weight load Areas of appropriate design. they should do not protrude too far from the surrounding floor area.
However, the present invention not only relates Floor lights of the type mentioned, but also components in general senses that lighting devices have and be located inside or outside of buildings can. This can be, for example, steps or Balcony elements. These can equally well be in or in floor parts Built-in components for floors of the be of all kinds, for example for Wooden floors, parquet floors, tiled floors, stone floors or Carpets or plastic floors or the like. To the components in the sense of the invention also count so-called glass blocks or light blocks with Lighting equipment.
The conventional components of the type mentioned, in particular conventional floor lights usually have as Fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps or Halogen lamps that emit light more or less selectively and also have appropriate light directing Devices such as reflectors and the like. From a standing start Plastic plates are also known in the art, in particular Acrylic sheets into which the light can be introduced from the front and which are then designed to be light-scattering, so that the light is redirected and across the surface of the plate is delivered. In the known lighting devices but the light is always in the plate-shaped element itself, e.g. B. in an acrylic plate, from the lamp irradiated.
The object of the present invention is a Component for an accessible and / or passable area to provide the type mentioned at the beginning, at which the light is emitted upwards over a surface, so that the component itself appears as illuminated and the viewer does not perceive a point light source.
A solution according to the invention provides this object Component of the type mentioned with the characteristic features of the main claim. According to the invention it is provided that the component has at least two comprises spaced plate-shaped elements. The distance between these two plate-shaped elements defines a space between them. The illuminant light now shines at the front into the space between the two plate-shaped elements, the light then at least partially approximately perpendicular to it Beam direction is deflected so that it is at least through the upper plate-shaped element upwards is delivered. For this distraction or redirection is at least one of the plate-shaped elements is light-scattering trained and either at least on one side of the Printed surface, sandblasted, etched, coated, engraved or pasted or at least a plate-shaped one Element has a faulty structure on the inside, through which the light-scattering effect and light deflection is achieved. A such a faulty structure can be avoided using, for example Achieve laser beams on a specific area be focused within the plate-shaped element.
If at least on one side the surface of one of the plate-shaped elements is light-scattering, so a dot matrix is preferably used for this, Stroke pattern or the like, which is preferred is printed. One can use such a grid or Line grid but just as well by etching, sandblasting, Coating, engraving or sticking with particles.
The upper plate-shaped element in the sense of the invention is preferably a glass pane or plastic glass pane. If it is a component that can be driven on is naturally at least the upper plate-shaped Element be sufficiently stable, d. that is has a corresponding material thickness.
A preferred development of the present invention stipulates that illuminants are used on the one hand have a relatively low energy consumption and the on the other hand, simply by electronic or electrical measures can be controlled in many ways. As Such lamps are in particular LEDs or SMDs particularly suitable. These lamps are part of the present invention preferably on a strip or arranged in a row and so shine the light in the Space between the two plate-shaped elements. The fact that at least one of the plate-shaped elements preferably by a grid on its surface or by a corresponding fault structure in its interior has a light-scattering effect, that is from the lamps in redirected the intermediate light and then after emitted at the top through the upper plate-shaped element. For the viewer, this looks as if the component is even in its flat area visible upwards glowing while the viewer sees the single illuminant usually doesn't notice. The lamp can be a preferably enclosing the plate-shaped elements Frame construction at least partially or completely be covered at the top to achieve the stated effect to reach.
A component in the sense of the present invention can be of relatively large area, for example it can a full terrace or a balcony floor or a or include several steps. Also differentiates here the component according to the invention from the state of the Technique in which usually single concrete in the ground built-in floor lights were used because according to the present invention a whole floor or a Floor area or floor area inside or outside of a building can be designed to have a luminous surface.
Due to the preferred use of LEDs or SMDs as Illuminant has the further advantage that the Light color of the lamp with relatively simple measures control and thus can change. So you can Design component according to the invention brightly colored. Are preferred within the scope of the present invention corresponding control devices are provided. About this or further control devices and sensors can be used In addition, control of the light sources depending on incoming daylight or depending on one nearby present person or according to any given Effect program (e.g. day / night switching). As sensors can for example photocells and / or motion detectors be used.
These tax funds offer within the scope of the present Invention diverse design options illuminated areas inside and outside of buildings, for example in gardens or parks, in the area of Street lighting, in car parks, at airports, in commercially used drivable outdoor areas, in areas of public or architectural interest private buildings, such as B. in entrance halls, stairwells and the same.
The features mentioned in the subclaims relate to preferred developments of the invention Solution of the problems. Further advantages of the invention result from the detailed description below.
Dabei zeigenThe present invention is described below with reference to Embodiments with reference to the accompanying Drawings described in more detail. Show
Fig. 1 eine schematisch vereinfachte Schnittdarstellung durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Bauelement, welches als Bodenleuchte ausgebildet ist; Figure 1 is a schematically simplified sectional view through a component according to the invention, which is designed as a floor lamp.
Fig. 2 is a schematically simplified view of a staircase in partial section with steps that are designed as components in the sense of the present invention.
First, reference is made to FIG. 1. The illustration shows schematically simplified, in section, a component according to the invention, which is designed as a recessed floor light 10 . As can be seen this floor light, is inserted 10 into the surrounding ground 25 so that the floor light 10, in principle, flush with the upper side flush in a plane with the surrounding soil 25th The floor recessed luminaire 10 according to the invention consists of a housing 11 , which in principle can be a pot that is square or round in outline. The housing 11 has a housing base 13 and housing walls 12 extending upwards from there. Installed in this housing are two plate-shaped elements 14 , 15 , which can be glass plates or plastic plates, for example. The upper plate-shaped element 14 is somewhat thicker than the lower plate-shaped element 15 , since the upper plate-shaped element 14 essentially absorbs the forces that occur when the floor recessed light 10 is walked on or driven on. These plate-shaped elements 14 , 15 rest, for example, on corresponding supports in the housing 11 . An intermediate space 26 is defined by the distance between the two plate-shaped elements 14 , 15 . Illuminants 16 are provided which radiate light into the intermediate space 26 from the end face. These lamps 16 can be, for example, a number of LEDs or the like in a strip-shaped arrangement. Illuminants 16 of this type can be present on both opposite sides, that is to say on both walls 12 of the housing, frame structures 18 to which the illuminants 16 are attached can be designed such that they cover the illuminants 16 upwards. As a result, the light cannot be emitted directly upwards and the illuminants 16 are not directly visible to the viewer above the recessed floor light. The light radiated into the intermediate space 26 is now deflected by suitable measures so that it falls through the upper plate 14 and shines upwards. For this purpose, for example, the lower surface of the upper plate 14 is printed in a suitable dot matrix 17 or appropriately etched, engraved or the like. As a result, the light is scattered and falls through the plate 14 upwards and is emitted over the surface 14 a at the top of the upper plate 14 upwards. In the intermediate space 26 , the light is guided and, due to the total reflection, does not essentially go down into the lower plate 15 , so that no significant light losses occur in this regard.
Various control elements are provided for controlling the illuminants 16 , which are preferably LEDs, SMDs or the like, in particular control elements 19 , which are connected to the illuminants 16 via lines 22 , for the color control of the illuminants 16 . Control elements 20 may also be present, which are connected to the lighting means 16 via lines 23 and which cooperate, for example, with a motion detector 27 provided on or in the vicinity of the recessed floor light 10 , so that the lighting means 16 are switched on when a person detects the recessed floor light 10 approaches. Furthermore, control elements 21 can be provided, which are connected via lines 24 to the illuminants 16 and by means of which, for example, brightness control takes place, so that the illuminants can be dimmed or switched on gradually when it gets dark. These control means 21 can interact with photocells (not shown) attached at a suitable location.
In FIG. 2, a further embodiment of the invention is shown in simplified schematic form. The drawing shows, in partial section, a staircase 30 with a plurality of stair steps 31 , 32 , which are designed as luminous components in the sense of the present invention. The structure of the steps 31 , 32 is in principle similar to that of the exemplary embodiment described above with reference to FIG. 1, only the dimensions of the component being different, since it is elongated in accordance with a step. Basically, such steps can also be designed without an additional housing. Such a stair step 31 , 32 basically comprises two plate-shaped elements 34 , 35 , which are arranged at a distance from one another, so that there is an intermediate space 37 between them, into which the illuminants 36 then emit light from the end face. For example, the upper plate 34 in turn has a print in a dot matrix 17 on its underside surface, similar to that described above with reference to FIG. 1, so that the light emitted on the end face into the intermediate space 37 is scattered upwards and through that from translucent Material existing top plate-shaped element 34 is given flat, so that the impression of a luminous step 31 is generated.
