Abstract
Description
An spruchs 1.The invention relates to an electrostatic filter according to the generic term of the An saying 1.
An electrostatic filter for cleaning air is known from WO 97/09117. at the separating device consists of high-resistance material, preferably on Cellulose base, for example paper. A main task of the known filters is in filtering indoor air, that is, in open-plan offices or in clean rooms To separate particles. At the same time, these facilities should be easy to use and easily interchangeable.
A disadvantage of the known electrostatic precipitators is that they are very are sensitive to moisture. Even when isolating the cellulose based built elements, a high moisture content can lead to a functional impairment to lead. Of course there will be the possibility to improve the protective layer or to reinforce. However, the disadvantage must be accepted that the electrical charge cannot pass this protective layer to a sufficient extent.
The invention has for its object to provide an electrostatic filter that has a high reliability and can be manufactured economically. This on Gabe is solved by the features of independent claim 1.
The main advantage of the invention is that the electrode elements are made of a material that is moisture resistant and high Has dimensional stability.
Another advantage of the invention is that the plate-shaped and arranged in parallel neten electrodes ensure a laminar flow of the air flow and thus the highly effective filter causes only a low differential pressure.
According to an embodiment of the invention, it is provided for the electrode elements use a moisture-resistant and foil-coated cardboard. Next to the Another advantage of the inexpensive material is the good availability.
The other electrode elements have an aluminum layer as the conductive layer concealed. This element is also provided with a PE coating. The contact The first electrode elements can be made with graphite paste and adhesive. Of course there is also the option of using a copper adhesive strip or using to assign the account to a copper foil.
On the outflow side, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the Aluminum-coated electrodes with an insulating varnish and / or a plastic adhesive film to provide. This has the advantage that there are no particles at the end of the filter attach the plates that might be entrained by the air flow.
Another embodiment of the invention provides an ionization chamber for the elect connect upstream of the static filter, the ionization chamber being a coronary electrode and in a preferred embodiment, a target electrode surface in the form of a Has wire mesh.
According to a further development, it is provided for the coarse separation of particles from the air current a fleece or paper filter upstream of the electrostatic filter element. The Separation of coarse particles avoids short circuits in the electrostatic filter element and thus improves the overall degree of separation.
