Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heat exchange device with a first heat exchanger, especially cooling medium / air cooler, and at least a second Heat exchanger, especially refrigerant / air Condenser, both heat exchangers each meh pipes and collectors connected to them point, the tubes of the first heat exchanger in egg ner first level and the tubes of the second heat tauschers in a second, parallel to the first level lelen or approximately parallel plane.
A heat exchange device of the aforementioned Art is known from DE 195 43 986 A1 and serves when used in a motor vehicle, in particular in a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine because to, a first heat exchanger in the form of a cooling medium / air cooler to provide the within a coolant circuit for cooling the Internal combustion engine is used. The further, second war exchanger, which is preferably a cold Tel / air heat exchanger is used to Condenser in an air conditioning circuit and / or to provide an intercooler. In which Coolant is preferably a what ser-Glysantin mixture; in particular as a refrigerant special R600a (isobutane) or n-butane used. The arrangement of the two heat exchangers is such hit that they are parallel to each other as well as across to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, preferably in the engine compartment of the motor vehicle are arranged so that they - in Direction of flow of the wind at one Seen forward movement of the motor vehicle - out lie one after the other and accordingly one after the other be penetrated by the airstream and cooled. On the tubes of the two heat exchangers are collectors closed to a common feed and to create a common waste container. The be Known heat exchange devices are in mono block construction, that is, they exist made entirely of metal, preferably aluminum or an aluminum alloy, the item le using a suitable solder, preferably under Use of a flux, especially non-corrosive Rosive flux in the course of a soldering process, especially in a special soldering furnace is led are connected. Both known heat exchange devices Disadvantage that damage during manufacture due to insufficiently defined heat build-up shear tube positions can occur. Surrenders for example a tube of a heat exchanger from the intended position slightly and is in this deviation position of the collector on the pipes postponed, this can lead to indentations or mushrooming of the pipe, so that with Un tightness must be expected. Even when soldering there is a risk that defects, in particular leaks occur because during the soldering the position of the collector because of the mr high temperatures are insufficient fi is fixed and with a change of the collector geometry due to the heat exposure the must, so that those to be soldered together Components not due to the misalignment / deformation be properly and tightly connected.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide ne heat exchange device in which Damage and the risk of soldering errors white are avoided. Furthermore, a procedure ren for the manufacture of a heat exchange device specified the reproducible pipe positions, reproducible collector positions and at one constant collector geometry during the Leads soldering process.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by that the pipe ends of the second heat exchanger are the Pipes of the first heat exchanger at least in the Width of a clamping tool access zone plus tower over a collector mounting length. By this pipe protrusion of the pipe ends of the second heat metauschers compared to the pipes of the first heat There is the possibility of exchanging the above Clamp the pipe ends using a suitable tool mend to fix, that is, the tool can open due to the tube end protrusion on the tubes of the first heat exchanger are passed and on attack the pipe ends of the second heat exchanger. A corresponding counter bearing is by means of Tool on the first heat exchanger created side of the second heat exchanger, to insert the pipe ends of the second heat exchanger tighten. The clamping tool thus formed acts preferably simultaneously on all pipes of the second heat exchanger, so this in terms on their position and their relative position to each other can be fixed in a simple way. The on this Way fixed pipes or tube ends of the second heat exchanger allow one highly precise and precise and therefore damage-free Assignment of the associated collector, one of the like collector either only on one end of the pipes or also on both ends of the pipes is inserted and soldered in the subsequent soldering step becomes. Unlike in the prior art, for which plugging the collector onto the pipe ends diglich the entire tube package on the flat sides the pipes are held in a clamped position Invention the clamping across the flat sides, namely on the narrow sides and this in each case the associated pipe, what about the clamping cannot be done on the flat sides because there only the respective flat side of the very outside lying tube of the entire package becomes. Because corrugated fins between the individual pipes are inserted, which is highly flexible can indicate that known from the prior art Clamping does not fix the individual pipes ensure satisfactory. The invention Projection of the pipe ends of the second heat exchanger enabled via the tubes of the first heat exchanger further during the soldering process, a support to the Pipe ends of the first heat exchanger to be attached Collector, there - in the area free of corrugated ribs, namely in the area of the clamping tool access zone - between the tubes of the second heat exchanger Support tool can be retracted on the Collector wall rests. The opposite, free accessible wall of the collector can also abge are supported, preferably by a weight rod, so that a spreading of the above Collector walls avoided when exposed to temperature and a perfect soldering in a defined butt sition and without changing the collector geometry is possible. That mentioned, between the pipes of the second heat exchanger support tool can preferably be comb-like or as a plurality of support pins are formed, so that refer to the number of comb teeth support pins created support points become. The support is preferably carried out in the area each space between adjacent tubes of the second Heat exchanger.
After a further development of the invention, it is provided hen that the pipe ends of the second heat exchanger protrude the pipe ends of the first heat exchanger. The longitudinal axes of the tubes of the first run th heat exchanger parallel to the longitudinal axes of the Pipes of the second heat exchanger. The arrangement is preferably taken such that the tubes at the heat exchanger - seen in the flow direction hen - lying one behind the other and that in the spaces between the tubes of both heat exchangers common corrugated fins are inserted. In the air considered flow direction, there is also a slight distance between the pipes of the first th heat exchanger to the pipes of the second heat exchangers to a heat transfer from a heat Exchanger to the other heat exchanger to diminish. The corrugated fins can go to this Purpose - provided they are common to both heat exchangers act - a corresponding zone of reduced heat have transition.
Preferably the tube ends of the first heat swapped rectangular and there are adjacent sides of the tube ends of adjacent tubes flat on each other. This gives the pipes of the first heat exchanger in the not expanded area a defined distance from each other, which allows the corrugated ribs to be accommodated.
In order to support the collector of the enable the first heat exchanger, the adjacent sides of the tube ends of adjacent raw re of the second heat exchanger at least in Area of the pipe ends of the first heat exchanger horizontal tool access distance from each other on. This makes the support accessible tool to the side of the collector that facing the pipes of the second heat is exchange.
After a further development of the invention, it is provided hen that the one pipe ends of the first heat exchangers assigned to collectors as feed collectors ten is formed. The other pipe ends of the first collector assigned to the heat exchanger is be preferred as a litter box of the first heat rope schers trained. It is also advantageous if the one pipe ends of the second heat exchanger assigned collectors trained as feed manifolds det. After all, that's the other pipe ends assigned to the second heat exchanger as Leakage collection tube formed. So that's on both Pipe ends of the pipes of the first and second heat each exchange the supply of the coolant means as well as the supply of the refrigerant as well the removal of the coolant and also the removal provision of the refrigerant serving device hen about a - about the geometric extension of the two heat exchangers - uniform To bring about heat or cold exchange ren.
It is also advantageous if the feed collecting box and Discharge collection box each has a connection opening for the tubes of the first heat exchanger. Because of the flared pipe ends of the first Heat exchanger can therefore have a common collector me connection opening are used, in which all engage the pipes of the first heat exchanger. in the In contrast, the feed manifold and discharge manifold of the second heat exchanger each for each pipe to be connected has its own connection opening on. This fact also leads to that the subject of the prior art Damage occurring when inserting the raw appear in the collector's connection openings ten, which yes because of the invention by the repro ducid alignment precision is avoided.
The invention further relates to a method for Production of a heat exchange device with egg nem first heat exchanger, in particular cooling tel / air cooler and at least a second heat exchanger, especially refrigerant / air condensers sator, both heat exchangers each having several Pipes and collectors connected to them sen, the tubes of the first heat exchanger in one first level and the pipes of the second heat rope schers in a second, parallel to the first level len or approximately parallel plane, follow with the steps: boxing both heat exchangers, Aligning the tubes of both heat exchangers in such a way that the pipe ends of the second heat exchanger are the Pipes of the first heat exchanger at least in the Width of a terminal access zone plus one Exceed collector mounting length, with the pipes of the second heat exchanger in the clamping tool access zone held clamped and in this condition the collector (s) in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the pipes on the pipe ends of the second heat rope being postponed. The aforementioned Samm Fixing length of the pipes of the second heat exchangers that adhere to the clamping tool access ne and up to the ends of the pipes leads, serves as a fastening zone on the associated In this respect, collectors and also places an on stuck.
Preference is given to carrying out the method proceeded such that the pipe ends of the first Heat exchanger at a distance from their end faces be held clamped and in this condition the collector (s) in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the pipes on the pipe ends of the first heat rope being postponed. The Ab mentioned is necessary to partially postpone to allow the collector. Then will the clamp is released, so the collector can be full constantly on the pipe ends of the first heat exchanger be postponed. However, since the pipes are already are plugged in abundantly, so already a experience, is when the Collector no fear of getting caught or the like so that a flawless and flawless Mon days is possible.
In order to make it possible through the application of temperature Warping the geometry of the collector of the first Avoiding heat exchanger is done according to the invention according to an action on the two outer sides of the respective collector in the area of the pipe ends of the first heat exchanger by a corresponding Tool between the pipes of the second heat rope is passed through. The other side of the first heat exchanger is in the area of the pipe ends by means of a correspondingly different workpiece hits or complains. In the case of the Beaufschla a clamping effect occurs on the two Au outside of the collector, taking it to the Orientie tion with regard to the earth's gravitational field does not arrive. Is it the workpiece? a weighting workpiece, so it is necessary that the side facing away from the second heat exchanger of the collector of the first heat exchanger horizontally is arranged and a top of the collector bil det, that is, the other side of the collector lies deeper than the top and forms a lower egg te.
Further preferred embodiments result from the subclaims.

Fig. 1 shows a heat exchange device 1 for a motor vehicle, in particular with an internal combustion engine. The heat exchange device 1 has a first heat exchanger 2 and a second heat exchanger 3 . The second heat exchanger 3 lies according to the view of FIG. 1 behind the first heat exchanger 2 and is therefore not recognizable in FIG. 1. The first heat exchanger 2 forms a coolant / air cooler which is switched on in the coolant circuit for the engine cooling of the internal combustion engine mentioned. The second heat exchanger 3 is designed as a refrigerant / air condenser and is switched into the refrigerant circuit of an air conditioning system, not shown, of the motor vehicle. Both heat exchangers 2 , 3 are thus parallel to one another and are arranged transversely to the vehicle longitudinal direction in the motor compartment of the motor vehicle, so that the air stream flows through when the motor vehicle travels forward at heat exchanger 2 , 3 , so that the heat exchangers 2 and 3 heat to the Can give off air.
The first heat exchanger 2 has according to the Figures 1 and 2 mutually parallel tubes 4, of which -. Sake of simplicity -. In Figure 1 only some few are shown. The tube ends 5 of each tube 4 are expanded in a rectangular shape, so that adjacent sides 6 of adjacent tube ends 5 lie flat on one another. As a result, and taking into account the expansion, the tubes 4 are given a distance x ( FIG. 2), that is to say they form a space 7 between them. In the Zwischenräu men 7 inserted corrugated ribs 8 'are arranged, through which the wind flows. The tubes 5 of one side of tubes 4 are connected to a collector 8 and the tube ends 5 of the other side of tubes 4 are connected to another collector 8 . Each collector 8 has a connecting piece 9 . A collector 8 of the first heat exchanger 2 bil det a feed collection box 10 ; the other collector 8 represents a discharge collection box 11 .
According to the detailed illustration in FIG. 3, the second heat exchanger 3 has a multiplicity of tubes 12 running parallel to one another, which also have the distance x from one another, so that the spaces 7 are also formed there. The corrugated fins 8 'already mentioned for the first heat exchanger 2 thus extend over both heat exchangers 2 and 3 . Referring to FIG. 2, the corrugated ribs 8 'in front of the widening pipe ends 5. Accordingly, the pipe ends 13 of the second heat exchanger 3 protrude from the corrugated fins 8 '( FIG. 3). In contrast to the tube ends 5 , the tube ends 13 are designed with a constant cross-section and therefore do not expand. Collectors 14 are connected to the tube ends 13 of the tubes 12 of the second heat exchanger 3 connected at both ends connected tig, wherein the one Samm ler 14, a Zuführsammelrohr 15 and the other Samm ler 14 forms a Abführsammelrohr sixteenth The reference characters 15 and 16 are entered in Fig. 1, but the associated components are covered by the first heat exchanger 2 and can therefore not be recognized, since feed manifold 15 and guide tube 16 are located behind the feed header box 10 and the discharge header box 11 , respectively. The tubes 4 of the first heat exchanger 2 run in alignment with the tubes 12 of the second heat exchanger 3 . From the schematic side view of FIG. 5 it is clear that the first heat exchanger 2 to the second heat exchanger 3 complies with a small distance c, that is, the tubes 4 do not touch the tubes 12 , but are separated from one another by a gap 17 . This gap 17 forms a heat insulation zone, so that the heat exchange between the two heat exchangers 2 and 3 is largely prevented. The preferably continuous corrugated fins (not shown in Fig. 5) bridge the gap 17 , but are preferably seen in the area of the gap 17 with an insulating zone ver, so that here too the heat exchange between the two heat exchangers 2 and 3 is largely prevented ,
Es gilt also a = b = k + s. Of Fig. 5 can be seen further that the tube end of the second heat exchanger 3, the tubes 4 of the first heat exchanger 2 with a length a be protrude relationship as B 13. The lengths a and b are of the same size and represent a clamping tool access zone k plus a collector fastening length s. So a = b = k + s applies. On the above the terms and the resulting contexts is discussed in more detail below, in particular with reference to FIG. 4.
Fig. 4 shows in the upper region of the first Wär exchanger 2 with its tubes 4 and pipe ends 5. On the pipe ends 5 , the collector 8 is arranged communicating. In the lower area of FIG. 4, the second heat exchanger 3 is shown with its tubes 12 , its tube ends 13 and its collector 14 . The end faces 18 of the tube ends 13 of the tubes 12 of the second heat exchanger 3 protrude beyond the end faces 19 of the tube ends 5 of the tubes 4 of the first heat exchanger 2 with a length a or b, this length being composed of the clamping tool access zone k and the collector fastening length s. The clamping tool access zone k is the lengthwise direction of the pipes 4 pages relationship, 12 extending a distance between the end 19 and the end faces 19 facing the outside of the collector 20 determines the fourteenth The collector mounting length s extends - in the longitudinal extension of the tubes 4 and 12, respectively - from the outside 20 to the end face 18 . Due to the projection length a or b, the collector 14 is not, as in the prior art, in the zone of the pipe end extension of the heat exchanger 2 , but approximately in the middle below the chamber volume of the collector 8 (the pipe ends 5 are not included in the chamber volume). Alternatively, it is also possible that - according to FIG. 4 - the collector 14 lies further to the left relative to the collector 8 . The location depends on the selected length a or b.
In the following, the method for the manufacture of the heat exchange device 1 will be discussed in more detail. In Fig. 6 the so-called cassette is shown schematically, that is, the tubes 12 of the heat exchanger 3 and the tubes 4 of the heat exchanger 2 are correspondingly aligned and spaced apart and the corrugated fins 8 'between the corresponding tubes 4 , 12th inserted. The overall block thus formed is then clamped laterally by means of a suitable handling device 21 according to the arrows 22 . As a result, a possible crowning of the overall arrangement disappears; Furthermore, the overall package can be handled well in this way and its position and location can be changed. In the next step, the tube ends 13 of the tubes 12 of the second heat exchanger 3 are fixed by means of a clamping tool 23 - according to FIGS. 7 and 8. For this purpose, the pipe ends 13 with their lower narrow sides 24 ( FIG. 6) rest on a lower punch 25 of the clamping tool 23 and from above, according to arrow 27, an upper punch 26 of the clamping tool 23 moves past the end faces 19 of the pipes 4 and sets - according to Fig. 8 - the upper short sides 28 of the tubes 12. The stamps 25 and 26 extend over the entire format of the two heat exchangers 2 and 3 , so that all tubes 12 are fixed in a clamped manner. If this is - according to Fig. 8 - is carried out, the collector 14 in the direction of the arrow 29 is thus in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the tubes 12, pushed onto the pipe ends 13. For this purpose, the collector 14 has a number of tubes 12 corresponding to the number of slot-shaped recesses 30 . The insertion depth of the tubes 12 into the header 14 represents the mounting length s, as clearly shown in FIG. 4. If the collector 14 is plugged onto the pipe ends 13 , the water is held in position by friction. The clamping tool 23 is subsequently removed; however, the package is still maintained by means of the handling device 21 .
Fig. 9a shows the next process step. To assemble the collector 8 of the first Wärmetau shear 2 , all pipe ends 5 of the pipes 4 are clamped by means of a clamping device 31 at a distance y to their end faces 19 . A lower punch 32 of the clamping device 31 is placed on the box-shaped tube ends 5 from below and from above an upper punch 33 of the clamping device 31 is lowered onto the expanded tube ends 5 . There remains the distance y mentioned on the front side 19 , which allows the collector 8 to be partially pushed onto the pipe ends 5 , namely by a maximum of the dimension y ( FIG. 9a). If this is pushed onto the tubes 4 fixed by means of the clamping device 31 , the Klemmvor direction 31 can be removed again. Since - as described above - the corrugated fins 8 'do not extend into the zone of the tube ends 5 , it is easily possible to place the lower punch 32 between the tubes 12 on the tube ends 5 . Thus, the lower punches must be formed like a comb, so that they can reach between two tubes 12 . The upper punch 33 does not require this discrete division, but can be designed continuously as a bar.
After partially plugging the collector 8 onto the pipe ends 5 , the complete plug-in then takes place, as can be seen from FIG. 9b. For this purpose, it is then no longer necessary to fix the pipes 4 in addition to the holding device 21 by means of the hand.
The state now exists as it results from FIG. 9c. The soldering process takes place in this state, in which all parts are soldered to one another in a media-tight manner using a solder. In order to prevent the essentially U-shaped collector 8 from expanding, which is very easily possible due to the temperature loading during soldering, the procedure is as shown in FIGS . 9c, 10 and 11. FIG. 9c and 10 show that the outer surface 34 of the collector 8 in the region of the pipe ends 5 by means of a direction Beaufschlagungsein 35 is supported during the soldering operation. For this purpose, individual webs 36 of the Beaufschlagungsein device 35 comb-like between the tubes 12 , as can be seen in particular from FIG. 10. The upper outer surface 37 is - as shown in FIG. 11 - acted upon by means of a Beschwerwerkzeugs 38 in the region of the pipe ends 5, so that between the Beschwerwerk tool 38 and the webs 36 of the collector 8 is clamped by clamping. In the weighting tool 38 it is preferably a extending over the entire geometry of the heat exchanger 2 de, preferably rectangular in cross-section Be heavy rod made of metal. The soldering process can now be carried out in a special soldering oven. The expansion or warping of the collector 8 is prevented due to the measures described. Such a change in position or widening need not be feared at the collector 14 , since there is a separate slot-shaped recess 30 for each tube end 13 . In the collector 8, however, all pipe ends 5 of the pipes 4 engage in a single insertion opening 39 of the collector 8 .
The measures described above are not only formed on the one side of the tubes 4 and 12, but of course also on the opposite side of the tubes 4 , 12 , to a total of the feed collecting box 10 , the discharge collecting box 11 , the feed collecting pipe 15 and the discharge collecting pipe 16 to fix.
