Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a frame truss and a hall with the same.
Usual hall construction looks like this:
Self-supporting steel construction with a distance of up to 5 m between the trusses, purlins (coupling purlins) are coupled on the trusses and solid wood is used for the trusses.
Nagelplattenbinder-Konstruktion, die auf Mauerwerk gelagert ist. Nail plate truss construction, which is mounted on masonry.
However, the aforementioned hall constructions have the disadvantage that they are relatively require a long construction time and therefore do not allow for quick commissioning, and therefore follow and are expensive because of the relatively large amount of material in the manufacture.
The invention is therefore based on the object of reducing or even reducing these disadvantages remove.
This object is achieved by a frame truss, characterized in that it has a Includes nail plate binder, the bie at both ends with a wooden support is rigidly connected.
In addition, this task is solved by a hall with a roof skin and pipes characterized in that the roof skin on frame trusses according to one of the preceding An sayings is applied.
The nail plate binder is advantageously with each support by means of at least one nail plate connected. Alternatively, a bolt can also be used.
According to a further special embodiment, the nail plate binder can be used as a Truss truss with top flange, bottom flange, diagonals and posts made of wood, which are connected by nail plates.
In the hall it can be provided that the frame trusses are placed on an upstand. This provides crash protection z. B. when cleaning the hall.
In addition, it can be provided that the upstand is circumferential.
In particular, it can be provided that the upstand runs as an insulated reinforced concrete edging is formed. This offers a particularly high protection against collision, for example Cleaning stalls provided in the hall and thus a high durability.
The frame ties are advantageously parallel to one another at a distance of up to 2 m arranged.
The frame ties are preferably parallel to one another at a distance of up to 1.5 m arranged. Such a distance enables subsequent trades, such as. B. In equipment (feeding) of a barn is variable in terms of feed or watering are displaceable in the transverse direction. The frame ties also provide enough posture points for the feed tracks. With the conventional hall construction methods described above the distances between the trusses are up to 6 m. The lining of the interior can therefore only be fixed in intermediate fields. For this you need extra cross connection which are attached. Therefore, the cost of the interior is according to the state of the art Technology about 3% higher.
According to a further special embodiment of the invention it can be provided that a false ceiling is provided. Since the false ceiling is not immediately below the roof skin, but is on average approx. 1.20 m lower, the air volume to be heated is the Hall (stable system) lower. This leads to a reduction in energy costs.
Conveniently, the ceiling from the eaves to the ridge is at least 50% of the Route is flat on the lower flange. This provides a smooth false ceiling, which helps Barn systems have no air turbulence in the circulating air or exhaust air and therefore a better one Air flow is created. With the conventional hall construction, however, the wear The constructions below the suspended ceiling above or must be in the intermediate fields Suspended ceilings are expensive.
Conveniently, a space is formed between the roof skin and the false ceiling, which for Eaves and open to the ridge. This enables recirculation and is very important, because between the temperature inside the hall (stable interior) and the outside temperature differences of up to 45 ° C may exist. Accumulated condensation is discharged through the air recirculation.
Advantageously, the ceiling is guided in the area of the roof ridge and the Roof skin designed so that an exhaust duct is created. This improves the removal of the Hall air (stable air) considerably, as the exit speed through the shaft guide increases ago.
According to a further special embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the roof skin consists of fiber cement corrugated sheets.
The roof skin advantageously has an inclination of 22 °. In combination with the large air space between the roof skin and the false ceiling provides a particularly good circulating air mode.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the suspended ceiling has insulation.
Insbesondere ist die Dämmung aus Dämmfilz vorgesehen. In particular, insulation made of insulating felt is provided.
Finally, it can be provided that the suspended ceiling has an aluminum sheet.
The invention is based on the surprising finding that the inventive Design of the frame trusses, shorter construction times and faster commissioning of a Hall are possible, which means the construction costs compared to those for conventional halls be reduced by about 15 to 20%. In addition, the frame truss can be completely prefabricated and it can then be delivered to the construction site in a prefabricated state.
In addition, a self-supporting hall can be made with the frame truss according to the invention with a span of up to 30 m.
