Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an oven, especially those with pyrolysis operation Self-cleaning, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Accordingly, the invention relates to an oven containing an oven flange, the extends like a frame around the loading opening of a baking chamber and one Has heat decoupling area which one of the loading opening adjacent "hot area" and one further away from the loading opening relative to this "cold area" thermally decoupled from each other; an on Oven flange secured and sealing element attached to it which an oven door is in the closed door state to seal the Baking chamber against the outside of the baking chamber.
An oven of this type is known from DE utility model G 91 06 860.6. to Attachment of a high temperature resistant material, e.g. B. made of fiberglass material, Existing seal on the oven or its door, plug-in clips are provided on the one hand are hooked to a wire core that extends axially through the seal and on the other hand can be locked in openings in the oven or on the door. The Seal lies in a bead, in the base of which the openings are formed.
From DE 197 05 697 A1 an oven is known in which between one Muffle wall of the baking room and a front frame of the muffle wall Space is formed, which one between these two parts Forms heat decoupling gap. The space is made with a seal sealed heat insulating material, which on the front frame and on the Muffle wall abuts and a wing-like sealing part seen in cross section has, on which the oven door can be placed tightly. The seal consists of a high-temperature resistant material, so that they are high due to the high Temperatures is not damaged.
For baking, roasting, grilling and the like in the baking room Temperatures usually do not rise above 280 ° C. In pyrolysis operation for Self-cleaning of the baking room, in which dirt remains due to high temperatures burned, the pyrolysis temperature can exceed 400 ° C. Currently known sealing material that withstands these temperatures is, for example a glass silk braid. This is not only expensive, it also has it Disadvantages that it has a poor sealing effect, with fat and steam parts of the Can soak up the baking chamber, can also harden, looks bad and not can be cleaned sufficiently clean. This is in contrast to seals that for example made of silicone, but they are not as resistant to high temperatures, but only withstand temperatures up to a maximum of about 280 ° C.
In modern ovens, the oven flange is used to save energy a gap, through a plurality of shooters or other openings, and / or through Grooves or beads are thermally decoupled from the oven (oven muffle). So on the one hand these thermal decoupling agents are not visible to the customer, on the other hand the oven is sealed, they lie behind the door seal, in special Embodiments based on one around the loading opening extending groove or bead, which itself also acts as a thermal decoupling agent. Due to the thermal decoupling, a sharp jump in temperature occurs at the Decoupling point. The temperatures on the oven side, especially at Pyrolysis operation, very high, for example higher than 310 ° C. For one on this surface If the silicone seal is applied, this temperature is too high, so that according to the current status only a fiberglass fabric seal can be used in the technology.
The object of the invention is to solve the sealing arrangement between the baking space and the oven door so that they are less is dirt-absorbing and easier to keep clean, and yet one good sealing effect for sealing the baking chamber air against the outside of the baking chamber has and looks optically acceptable.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, a silicone seal can be used for the first time in a pyrolysis device because the seal does not contact the hot area of the oven flange.
Further features of the invention are contained in the subclaims.

The oven seal according to the invention, shown broken off in cross section in FIG. 1, has a sealing element 2 , which extends on a front side of the oven, hereinafter referred to as the oven flange 4 , frame-like around the loading opening 6 of a baking chamber 8 and has a heat decoupling area 10 . The heat decoupling area 10 thermally decouples a “hot area” 12 (hot side) adjacent to the loading opening 6 from a “cold area” 14 (cold side) that is further away from the loading opening 6 . The heat decoupling area 10 preferably extends around the entire loading opening 6 and can pass through an uninterrupted gap in the oven flange 4 , through at least one groove or bead or, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, through a successive plurality of slots or openings 10 around the loading opening 6 be educated.
The sealing element 2 is arranged only in contact with the cold area 14 of the oven flange 4 without it contacting the hot area 12 .
The sealing element 2 is fastened to the round flange corners 16-1 , 16-2 , 16-3 , 16-4 ) by corner hooks 18 and to the straight sections of the oven flange 4 by middle hooks 20 , each of which has at least one through the slots 10 of the heat decoupling area which is preferably integrated in the sealing member 2 hooked end 18-0, 18-1 or 20-1 and a fixed to the sealing member 2 end 18-2 or 20-2 half, for example, in the manufacture of the sealing element by injection molding or Extrusion process or by vulcanization.
The sealing element 2 consists of an easily cleanable, optically acceptable good-looking material that is largely insensitive to oven contamination, for example silicone, which has a temperature resistance of up to approximately 280 ° C.
The fastening elements 18 and 20 are preferably made of metal and are therefore much more heat-resistant than the sealing element 2 .
The openings 10 forming the heat decoupling area can be formed in a surface area or in a groove or bead 22 , which is embossed in the direction away from an oven door 24 into the oven flange 41 and also serves as a heat decoupling means. Of the oven door 24 is only a glass sheet 26 is shown of a viewing window of the oven door 24, which abuts the sealing member 2 in the closed state in a wing-like sealing projection 28 and thereby this sealing member 28 resiliently by a dashed-line position 28-1 to the position shown in solid line position bends. The sealing projection 28 extends approximately over the entire width of the bead 22 from the cold region 14 at a distance through the openings 10 of the heat decoupling region to over the hot region 12 and is at a distance from this hot region 12 .
The sealing element 2 has a sealing section 2-1 which bears against the cold area 14 and an intermediate sealing section 2-2 which extends in the direction from the cold area 14 via the openings 10 to the hot area 12 and which extends between the hot area 12 and the sealing projection 28 and is supported by a poorly heat-conducting support 30 on the hot area 12 and is kept at a distance from the hot area 12 . The support 30 can be made of metal, but preferably also consists of a sealing material, which, however, has a significantly higher temperature resistance than the sealing element 2 , the temperature resistance being so high, for example above 350 ° C., that it is due to the hot temperatures of the hot area 12 is not damaged during pyrolysis operation. The support 30 is preferably a glass fiber fabric strand which extends parallel to the sealing element 2 and is preferably fastened to it, for example by gluing or by vulcanization or by simultaneous production together with the sealing element 2, for example in the injection molding process or in the extrusion process. The intermediate sealing section 2-2 not only covers the openings 10 , but preferably the entire bead 22 .
In FIGS. 5 through 13 are corresponding parts with the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 4 referred to.
In FIG. 5 the sealing element 2 is located on a support 30, which consists of sealing material and lies on the bottom of the bead 22nd A fastening element 40 extends through the support 30 into the sealing element 2 . The sealing element 2 and the support 30 can be inseparably connected to one another by vulcanization or joint production in the extrusion process or the like.
In FIG. 6, the sealing member 2 is similar to in Fig. 5 fixed to a support 30. The support 30 is a sealing element, for example a glass fiber braid strand, which lies in the bead 22 and contains a core wire 32 , around which plug-in clips 40 are looped, the end portions of which are distant from the core wire 32 can be inserted through the openings 10 , which form the heat decoupling area, and spread apart elastically behind them and thus form fastening elements for the sealing element 2 .
Fig. 7 shows a fastening element 2 with a sealing projection 28 and a mounted in the sealing member 2 expansion plug 42 as the fixing member. The fastening element 42 has a support projection 44 which is supported on the hot region 12 by means of sealing material 45 .
The sealing element 2 from FIG. 8 is held against the cold region 14 by a spring clip-like fastening element 46 and at the same time is kept at a distance from the hot region 12 . As shown in FIG. 8, a further sealing element 49 , which consists of a more heat-resistant sealing material than the one sealing element 2 , can be arranged on the rear side of the oven flange 4 .
Fig. 9 ist ähnlich wie Fig. 7. FIG. 9 is similar to FIG. 7. However, the support 44 lies directly against the hot area 12 .
Fig. 11 zeigt ein solches Befestigungselement 50 perspektivisch. In the embodiment of Fig. 10, the sealing member 2 is fixed by a plurality of fasteners 50 to the baking oven flange 4, which have a plugged-on, the sealing member 2 end 50-1 and a pass pinned by the openings 10 and behind resiliently respread end 50-2 , The fastening elements 50 hold the sealing element 2 in contact with the cold area 14 and at a distance from the hot area 12 of the oven flange 4 . Fig. 11, such a fastening element 50 is a perspective view.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 12 and 13, the bead 22 is covered by a plurality of heat-resistant cover elements 52 arranged one after the other, which are preferably attached to the metal, e.g. B. stainless steel to avoid contamination of the bead 22 by food and to improve the visual appearance. The cover elements 52 can at the same time be used as fastening elements for the sealing element 2 and for this purpose, for example, have an arm projecting through the openings 10 or, according to FIG. 12, can be fastened to the oven flange 4 by additional fastening elements 56 which protrude through the openings 10 , so that the Sealing element 2 is connected by the cover element 52 to the fastening elements 56 and is held by these on the oven flange 4 . Fig. 13 shows the front schematic of an oven 60 without the sealing member 2 and without the oven door.
"Dichtungselement" oder "Dichtung" bedeutet hier jeweils ein Dichtungsmaterial, welches federelastisch ist und den Backraum 8 von der Außenumgebung sowohl thermisch als auch bezüglich Backraumdampf isoliert."Sealing element" or "seal" here means a sealing material which is resilient and isolates the baking chamber 8 from the outside environment both thermally and with respect to the baking chamber steam.
