2. Holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the contact zones ( 7 , 8 , 9 ) are formed on elements ( 2 , 3 , 13 , 23 ) extending continuously between side parts ( 1 ) of the frame.

3. Holder according to claim 2, characterized in that each of the elements ( 2 , 3 , 13 , 23 ) on both side parts ( 1 ) is attached.

4. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and third contact zones ( 7 , 8 ) are formed on a common concave plate ( 2 ).

5. Holder according to claim 4, characterized in that on the plate ( 2 ) below the third contact zone ( 8 ) ei ne upwardly open channel ( 10 ).

6. Holder according to claim 5, characterized in that on the channel ( 10 ) an outlet ( 14 ) for melt water is easily seen.

7. Holder according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the second contact zone ( 9 ) on one of the plate ( 2 ) opposite rod ( 3 , 13 , 23 ) is formed out.

Holder according to claim 7, characterized in that the rod ( 13 ) is adjustable between a stop position in which it holds a sports device ( 5 ) in cooperation with the first and third contact zones ( 7 , 8 ), and a release position, in which contact of the sports device ( 5 ) with all three contact zones ( 7 , 8 , 9 ) is not possible.

9. Holder according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the rod ( 3 , 23 ) has a higher coefficient of friction coefficient than the first and the third contact area ( 7 , 8 ).

10. Holder according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the rod ( 23 ) is cylindrical and is rotatable and lockable about its longitudinal axis.

11. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the contact zones ( 7 , 8 , 9 ) extend over a width which is a multiple of 30 cm.

12. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the distance between the first and the third contact zone ( 7 , 8 ) is at least 35 cm.

13. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame is provided with rollers ( 32 ).

14. Holder according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it is provided with at least three height adjustable feet ( 16 ).
