Abstract

The wet vacuum cleaner has a tub (2) enclosing a fluid receiving container (3), and a lid (1) with an integral suction hose (13). Under the suction hose is a guide for a valve ball (8) connected by a magnet (10) to the floor of the tub. As the level in the tub increases, the ball is lifted by a float against the magnet to seal of the lower opening of the hose.

Description

It is an additional device for conventional vacuum cleaners, which enables the absorption of liquid.

Naßsaugervorsätze zum Aufsaugen von Flüssigkeit sind als Stand der Technik grundsätzlich bekannt, siehe Patentschriften DE 295 05 961 U1 und DE 195 08 408 A1.Wet vacuum attachments for absorbing liquid are as of Technology known in principle, see patent specifications DE 295 05 961 U1 and DE 195 08 408 A1.

With such wet vacuum attachments, however, there is the problem that separate the aspirated liquid from the aspirated air because Residual moisture can damage the motor of the vacuum cleaner. In the present invention, this problem is overcome by one magnetically controlled lever released, which ensures that the Valve ball interrupts the suction function in time, so that none Moisture can get into the suction duct of the vacuum cleaner.

The invention seeks protection for the special form of interruption the suction function by means of a magnetically controlled lever.

The invention combines the function of a wet vacuum cleaner with the Drive motor of a conventional vacuum cleaner, so that its own Motor drive for the wet suction function is unnecessary.

Execution is based on the drawings attached to the application directed.
