- a) 9-11 Zitronen in 1-1,5 dicke Scheiben geschnitten werden und diese Scheiben in einem mit einem Deckel versehenen Behälter bei Raumtemperatur 12-16 Tage stehengelassen werden,
- b) danach auf die Zitronenscheiben 900-1100 g Honig gegeben wird und die Mischung weitere 12-16 Tage stehengelassen wird,
- c) danach 90-110 g Blütenpollen und 400-600 ml Johannisbrotsirup zugegeben werden und die Gesamtmischung weitere 9-11 Tage stehen gelassen wird, wobei die Mischung während der Phasen a)-c) in Abständen von 45-55 Stunden kurz durchgerührt wird und nach Beendigung der Phase c) durch ein Sieb gepreßt und filtriert wird.
