  • c) danach 90-110 g Blütenpollen und 400-600 ml Johannisbrotsirup zugegeben werden und die Gesamtmischung weitere 9-11 Tage stehen­ gelassen wird, wobei die Mischung während der Phasen a)-c) in Abständen von 45-55 Stunden kurz durchgerührt wird und nach Beendigung der Phase c) durch ein Sieb gepreßt und filtriert wird.
