Abstract

A hand tool (10) with a shell (12, 121, 122) made with a shell construction with an outlet opening for a power cord (18) is easier to maintain and care for in that the shell (12) on one of the shell shells (121, 122 ) in the area of the outlet opening of the mains cable (18) carries a separate service cover (70) which is dimensioned such that the mains cable (18) can be removed after opening.

Description

State of the art

The invention is based on a hand machine tool the preamble of claim 1.

They are hand-held machine tools, in particular hand-held drilling machines NEN and rotary hammers with housings in pot design with an am End of the cylindrical housing arranged cap known. However, this lid is only cumbersome under Zu with the help of separate tools, whereby he not or only to a very limited extent as a service cover for changing the cabbage brush is suitable. In addition, the well-known Dec not lockable against loss of the housing and it is also no inspection cover for maintaining and maintaining the Power line provided.

Advantages of the invention

The hand tool according to claim 1 has the front part that a housing shell on an inspection cover points that is easy to open and with - without that Having to open the housing completely - the mains cable or the cable grommet can be replaced quickly and easily.

Description of the embodiment

Fig. 1 shows a spatial representation of a designed as Bohrham mer hand tool 10 in the view from the front left. The handheld power tool has a housing 12 which, from a left and right longitudinally divided housing shell 121 , 122 with a handle designed as a spade handle 14 , which contains a switch key 16 , from which an electrical cable 18 for supplying power to the non-illustrated device, inside a part of the housing 12 motor 20 motor arranged Gehäu se exits. The motor housing 20 is integrally divided with the housing shells 121 , 122 in motor housing shells 201 , 202 , which are angled at right angles to a longitudinal axis 27 of the handheld power tool 10 . The longitudinal axis 27 is defined by a machine neck 22 , a chuck 24 and an insert tool 26 designed as a drill.

Also perpendicular to bottom occurs auxiliary handle 28 from the longitudinal axis 27 away, which is supported detachably on the machine neck 22 with means of a clamping band 30th

The additional handle 28 includes an upper extension 29 with a concave, which is intended to abut the machine neck 22 and the additional handle 29 gives a secure hold on the housing 12 .

On both sides of the concave, radial support surface 40 , the upper extension 29 — viewed from the front — forms two legs, of which only the larger supporting leg 31 is described in more detail. In it is a hexagon rod designed from depth stop 32 secured against rotation longitudinally in a longitudinal guide 38 designed as a hexagon bore 38 tion. The depth stop 32 has an upper and a lower tooth profile 34 , 35 with which it holds in a form-fitting manner in the longitudinal guide 38 on opposite hexagonal surfaces.

Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the housing of the hand tool 10. It is clear that the Ge housing 12 consists of two longitudinally divided housing shells 121 , 122 . These are held together by a snap ring 123 in the front area of the machine neck. At the bottom of the motor housing 20 is a hinged cover 60 , which closes the front. This hinged cover 60 is articulated in the left housing shell 121 in the screw dome 64 and covers the lower half of the motor housing 20 in the area of the carbon brushes. The hinged cover 60 is fastened to the motor housing 20 for operational use by means of a securing screw 66 . The locking screw 66 is captively connected to the hinged cover 1 .

By unscrewing the locking screw 66 , the connection between the motor housing 20 and the hinged cover 60 is released . The hinged lid can be folded away without having to be completely removed from the device.

The locking screw 66 can be loosened with a screwdriver or with a key or a coin. Folding away the hinged cover 60 enables a simple and convenient carbon brush change. The motor housing 20 encompasses a separate envelope housing ( FIG. 6) which is inserted between the housing shells 121 , 122 during assembly. This casing 62 carries at the lower end a ra dial outwardly facing threaded bore 68 for engaging the locking screw 66 and also the carbon brushes for the motor.

The right housing shell 122 is designed in two parts. It carries a small cover for inspecting the power line 18 . The cover is BEFE Stigt with two screws on the housing 12 . After removing the cover, the power cord 18 or the cable grommet 19 can be easily replaced or replaced.

Claims (1)

1. Hand tool ( 10 ) with a shell-made housing ( 12 , 121 , 122 ) with an outlet opening for a power cord ( 18 ), characterized in that the housing ( 12 ) on one of the housing shells ( 121 , 122 ) in the area the outlet opening of the power cord (18) bears a separate service lid (70) which is sized to be disassembled after the opening of which the power cord (18).
