3. Carrier according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the snap lock ( 12 ) and the rail lock ( 11 ) are locked or released simultaneously by means of the operating lever ( 10 ).

4. Carrier according to one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the snap lock ( 12 ) in the locking position blocks the two arms of the snap lock ( 8 ) so that they can not be disengaged from the associated grooves ( 9 ).

5. Carrier according to one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the snap lock ( 12 ) is axially connected to the operating lever ( 10 ) and the rail lock ( 11 ) of the toggle ( 3 ).

6. Carrier according to one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the locking of the two locks ( 11 , 12 ) by rotating the knob ( 3 ) by means of the operating lever ( 10 ) about the two axes ( 19 , 20 ) in the central bore ( 16 ) takes place.

7. Carrier according to one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the rail part ( 2 ) is pushed onto the wall part ( 1 ) during assembly such that the rail part comes into contact with the ceiling at the earliest at the moment of mutual locking with the wall part comes.

8. Carrier according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the rail part ( 2 ) guide bevels ( 7 ) and the wall part ( 3 ) have guide bevels ( 6 ) for guiding the rail part ( 2 ) on the wall part ( 3 ) serve the assembly.

9. Carrier according to one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the rail part ( 2 ) and the wall part ( 1 ) have receiving edges ( 29 , 30 ) for mutual locking.

10. Carrier according to one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the receiving edges ( 29 , 30 ) interlock positively and non-positively when the rail part ( 2 ) and wall part ( 1 ) are joined together.

11. Carrier according to one of claims 1-10, characterized in that the snap closure ( 8 ) consists of two arms pointing obliquely from the ceiling-side fastening surface with attached, outwardly facing hooks.

12. Carrier according to one of claims 1-11, characterized in that the snap lock ( 8 ) engages with its hooks in respectively assigned grooves ( 9 ) in the side wall ( 31 , 32 ) of the rail part ( 2 ).

13. Carrier according to one of claims 1-12, characterized in that the arms of the snap lock ( 8 ) on the inside of the side wall ( 23 , 24 ) of the wall part ( 1 ) are integrally formed.

14. Carrier according to one of claims 1-13, characterized in that the side walls ( 23 , 24 ) of the wall part ( 1 ) are designed to be so elastic that they can be pressed together so far that the snap lock formed on it from its locking in the Grooves ( 9 ) of the rail part ( 2 ) can be unlocked.

15. Carrier according to one of claims 1-14, characterized in that the toggle ( 3 ) of the snap lock ( 12 ) with its operating lever ( 10 ) is arranged and guided in an intermediate space ( 18 ).

16. Carrier according to one of claims 1-15, characterized in that the gag ( 3 ) with its axes ( 19 , 20 ) in the central bore ( 16 ) of the receiving mask ( 15 ) is arranged and guided.

17. Carrier according to one of claims 1-16, characterized in that the central bore ( 16 ) is defined by two lugs ( 25 , 26 ), and then adjoins an outwardly open slot.

18. Carrier according to one of claims 1-17, characterized in that the central bore ( 16 ) and the adjacent slot are arranged approximately at right angles to the intermediate space ( 18 ).

19. Carrier according to one of claims 1-18, characterized in that the central bore ( 16 ) and the adjacent slot are formed in the wall parts of the rail part ( 2 ) forming the intermediate space ( 18 ).
