Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention is used in the manufacture of nonwovens in which the fibers are arranged in overlapping layers.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
The production of cross-fiber webs is currently predominantly with the help of Quertäflern, in which a supplied by a web forming longitudinal fiber fleece is laid by paneling to a cross-fiber fleece. Laying takes place on a batten, which is removed transversely to the direction of delivery of the longitudinal fiber fleece at a significantly lower speed. The disadvantage of this method is that the high delivery speed of the web forming machine can not be exploited. In addition, it is not possible to produce light cross-fiber webs of 40-60 g / m 2 with high uniformity. From DD-PS 108123 a device for transporting fiber webs is known, which makes it possible to lay differently oriented fiber webs to a cross-web. About slats a formed by a stacker fiber fleece is deflected and performed in the direction of the carding machine to further processing machine. This requires a fairly high construction cost. Likewise from DD-PS 150483 a Quertäfler is known, which panels a longitudinally oriented Faserflor perpendicular to the feed direction on a Abführuch.
In this paneling and thus doubling of the nonwoven only relatively heavy nonwovens can be produced. If this cross-oriented nonwoven additionally combined with a longitudinally oriented web, the basis weight is further increased.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to provide a possibility for the production of fiber webs with longitudinally and transversely oriented fibers in high uniformity and relatively low mass.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to produce fiber webs with intersecting fibers whose basis weight is low and which can be varied.
B. einer Krempel, abgenommen, während die querorientierte Schicht auf aerodynamischem Weg auf die erste Schicht aufgelegt wird.wherein a longitudinally oriented part and a transverse oriented part of two separate web formers are produced, both layers are stacked and joined together. These layers can have different basis weight. They can contain different fiber materials in terms of fineness and color as well as color. The longitudinally oriented layer is covered by a web forming agent, e.g. As a carding, removed, while the transverse-oriented layer is placed on the aerodynamic route to the first layer.
The essence of the invention is that fiber webs are made with intersecting fibers of two separate layers, namely from a longitudinal fiber fleece coming from a nonwoven fabric on which by means of a second means of fiber material is applied, which is preferably oriented in the transverse direction.
Bei Verwendung unterschiedlicher Farben können zweifarbige Schichtvliese ohne Schwierigkeiten hergestelltSince working with separate devices, the thickness of the individual layers may be different. It is also possible to use different types of fibers (eg PA, PE, PAN) as well as different finenesses (tt, wt, bt) in each layer. When using different colors, two-color nonwoven nonwoven fabrics can be produced without difficulty
The transverse oriented fibers can be applied to the longitudinal fiber fleece in regular distribution or in strips. l
Since at least one layer consists of a longitudinal fiber fleece, there are no transport problems, since they can be transported well. Likewise, the nonwovens have a high degree of uniformity, since the longitudinal fiber webs are relatively resistant to distortion. The consolidation of these nonwovens can be done both mechanically (needling, sewing, etc.) and chemically.

About the transport cloth 3 Fasorn 5 are supplied via a fast-rotating, provided with Kratzbeschlag feed roller. These fibers 5 are thrown as individual fibers in the direction of the longitudinally oriented fiber fleece 2, which is guided over a suction gap 6 at the collecting point. This suction gap 6 is limited by guide rollers 7,8 and 9 a collecting funnel. Due to the suction effect, the individual fibers 5 are deposited substantially transversely oriented on the longitudinal fiber fleece 2, wherein the suction effect may only be so great that the longitudinal fiber fleece is not destroyed.
Zuführwalze 4' kommenden Fasern 5' über den Saugspalt 6' und somit auf das längsorientierte Faservlies 2' leitet (Fig. 2).Feed roller 4 'coming fibers 5' via the suction gap 6 'and thus on the longitudinally oriented nonwoven fabric 2' passes (Fig. 2).
Fig. 3 shows the arrangement of the longitudinally oriented fibers 11 and the transverse oriented fibers 12 in the web. With appropriate control of the fiber feed, the filing of the fibers 12 'can also take place in strips at regular or irregular intervals (FIG. 4). In special cases, also foil strips, yarns or rovings can be applied. The edition can be made over the entire surface or in strips or other geometric aspects.
Fasertypen entsprechend den Forderungen zu bilden. To form fiber types according to the requirements.
By suction, both fiber layers adhere to each other, they have a clear longitudinal and transverse orientation of the individual fibers, and are supplied in this form of further processing plant.
The advantages of the method according to the invention lie first in the relatively uniform distribution of the longitudinal and transverse oriented fibers, on the other hand in the small footprint for producing the transverse oriented fiber layers over the known transverse or Quertäflern for fiber webs and also in the patterning possibility by the circulation of the transverse fibers and in the use of color, type, fineness and mass of different materials in the layers.
