Abstract
Der Kessel kann zum Verbrennen des Gas-Oxydationsmittel-Gemischs sowohl im freien Kesselraum als auch durch flammenlose Verbrennung verwendet werden. Der aktive Fuellstoff ist in zwei Zonen unterteilt. Die obere Zone, in die das brennende Gemisch gelangt, besteht aus Keramikmasse, wobei die untere Zone aus einem Werkstoff mit groszer Waermeleitfaehigkeit, wie beispielsweise Metallkoerper, gebildet ist. Der Kessel dient vorzugsweise zum Erwaermen von Zentralheizungswasser, zur Warmwasserbereitung und zum Erwaermen anderer Fluessigkeiten. Durch seine verhaeltnismaeszig geringe Masse kann der Kessel auch in Kesselanlagen auf Daechern untergebracht werden.
