Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung fuer Teigmisch- und Knetmaschinen, die aus einem zylinderfoermigen Mischbehaelter bestehen, in dem eine Knetwelle mit Knet- und Mischwerkzeugen und Teigaustragelemente an einer Behaelterstirnseite angebracht sind. Im Mischbehaelter befinden sich eine Einfuell- und eine Ausfuelloeffnung. Die erfindungsgemaesze Anordnung besteht aus mehreren Zusatzbehaeltern, die auf den Umfang des Mischbehaelters fest aber loesbar angeordet sind.
