Description
It is known that processes for the polyester processing are carried out using inert gases, vacuum and elevated temperatures.
Furthermore, it is known to suspend polyester additional special conditions, as described in DE-OS 3105767, in which a high-frequency field is used. According to DD-PS 139129 an optimal processing of the polyester is only possible if there is a defined ratio of the carboxyl end groups to the hydroxyalkyl ester end groups in the polyester.
All known processes have a common feature that they require special polyesters as starting materials. The specificity may refer to both the chemical properties including the morphology and the geometric shape.
Immanent such methods is a high effort and susceptibility.
The object of the invention is to provide a low-cost method that makes it possible to process all technologically related waste.
The invention has for its object to provide a process for the treatment of polyester waste, which makes it possible by the choice of suitable process parameters to process different polyesters.
According to the invention the object is achieved by a process for the crystallization of polyester waste, in which the polyester waste is rotated in a shaft dryer with internals and contacted with air, which is characterized in that the polyester waste air at a temperature of 180 to 220 ° C is supplied and adjusting the mixture of polyester wastes and air in a density range of 0.01 to 0.3 g / cm 3 .
When carrying out the process according to the invention, the registered polyester starting material is rotated in a vertical pipe in a 4 to 10 m high bed under the action of a tube in rotation. The bed remains behind the rotation of the rotor. On a mounted on the outer wall st practicing helix, the product is moved upward in the axial direction near the wall due to the inclination of the helix. Depending on the relative speed of the rotor and the material, the diameter, the angle of inclination of the helix, the weight of the individual layers of the bed between the rotor arms is canceled and the setting of a uniform, defined density, regardless of the bed height, or the number of bedding layers is achieved , Due to the movement of the material while maintaining the low density local compressions of the compressible zorkleinerten starting product under the action of a rotor and as a result of the process-related hot temperature of about 190 J C are avoidable.
Dib Lufttemperatur beträgt 180bis220°C.The bed is fed countercurrently with air through one or more feed ports. Dib air temperature is 180 to 220 ° C.
The Gutsäule fluidized by the air supply evenly, since according to the invention a uniform density of the bed is adjustable. The air pressure at the lure inlet only reaches very low values. It is 35KPa and does not exceed 130KPa. It was further found that thus a Leerrohrgeschwindigkeh the supplied air flow of 2 m / s is sufficient to supply the necessary for the formation of the required temperature gradient in the temperature range between 200 "C and 14O 0 C amount of heat of the bed.
The temperature and retention time-dependent moisture values of the treated polyester are less than 0.01% and the crystalline content is less than 40%, while at the same time the degree of condensation increases. Compared to the known solutions, the inventive method has the following advantages: The method is inexpensive to carry out and allows the use of different polyester materials.
