Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a voluminous yarn layer, preferably from glass silk thread. The process is intended for the production of non-woven fabrics and materials of filamentary material of considerable length.
The process for producing a voluminous yarn layer is to be used, above all in the glass industry, in the further processing of glass fiber into nonwoven products.
Methods for forming a continuous filament yarn layer, such as non-woven or mats, are known, especially in the textile industry.
The thread or tufts are processed into non-woven, predominantly textlien fabrics, by mechanical supply from above, pneumatic conveying through nozzles or between baffles, from the front, mostly obliquely downwards, mostly against baffles, but by means of fluid delivery. The threads are under tension and additional extraction and metering devices are required.
In addition to higher costs for the supply of compressed air resulting in unfavorable working conditions.
Der Erfindung liegt die Zielstellung zugrunde, die Produktivität bei der Herstellung voluminöser Erzeugnisse aus endlosen 'Fäden, vorzugsweise aus Glasseidenfäden, entscheidend zu erhöhenThe invention is based on the objective to significantly increase the productivity in the production of voluminous products of endless' threads, preferably from Glasseidenfäden
Furthermore, chemical binders and especially costly and energy-consuming thermal processes should be substituted.
The invention has for its object to develop a method for producing a voluminous yarn layer, preferably glass fiber filaments, which continuously deposited an optimal bulky material on a transport or storage device of a further processing and manages by connection with known systems without thermal or Nähfadenverfestigung and eintiefziehiges voluminous material for reinforcing various plastic materials results.
Das Verfahren ist vorteilhaft dadurch ausgestaltet, daß der Ausstoß des fadenförmigen Materials mit Beschleunigung aus einem Walzenspalt horizontal oder bis zu einem Winkel von 45° schräg nach oben mit einer Geschwindigkeit von vorzugsweise 3 bis 10m. s erfolgt und das Verhältnis der Geschwindigkeit der Transport- und/oder der Zuführungseinrichtung derThe method for producing a voluminous yarn layer, preferably of glass fiber threads, is characterized in that an intrinsically stiff spun-like filamentary material considerable length almost parallel and with side clearance in the gap of an endless Fadenauswurfvorrichtung, in particular roll ejection device, introduced by this accelerated, under compressive stress when flying through a parade of paragliders and freefalling the individual threads of a spun yarn with each other and with the filaments of adjacent filaments loop, loop or annular into each other, one above the other, next to each other and consecutively stored on an endless transport device, depositing device or Zutührungseip a finishing plant. The method is advantageously configured in that the ejection of the filamentary material with acceleration from a nip horizontal or up to an angle of 45 ° obliquely upward at a speed of preferably 3 to 10m. s takes place and the ratio of the speed of the transport and / or the feeding device of
Further processing plant for peripheral speed of the thread ejection rollers is preferably between 1:10 and 1:60.
Beson'lers advantageous is that the parameters of the tray by tilting the yarn ejection roller pair, turning one of the yarn ejection rollers to the center of the other and / or changing the speed of the yarn ejection rollers in particular with regard to the throw height, throw and the storage volume can be changed.
The method is also advantageously configured in that the voluminous material formed is homogenized, especially in the edge region, by the edge guide devices beginning at the edges of the thread discharge rollers and by pressure rollers acting after the tray.
The method according to the invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. The intrinsically stiff spun-part thread-like material was introduced in the form of a glass fiber filaments in the gap of a roll ejection device, accelerated and spliced under pressure stress when flying through a parabola and freefallend filed in the inventive form on a transport device, the same feeding device for further processing according to the Malivlies and / or the Needling technology is shown, with a favorable binding for transport and processing for the purpose of reinforcing various plastic materials and a favorable thermoformability was achieved.
Es entsteht eine Fartenineinanderlage (Fadenknäuel).Horizontal or obliquely upwardly directed nip, 0.25 to 0.6 m roll diameter, whose speed in the range of 3 to 10 m / s, ratio transport speed to circumferential speed of the thread discharge rollers between 1:10 and 1:60 proved to be favorable. The vertical distance between the nip and the transport device was 1.5 to 3f ache of Walzendurchmesäers, the length of the transport device preferably 2 to 5 times the roll diameter. Although the method of producing bulky filament yarns of glass fiber filaments is given priority, it can also be used for other filamentary materials of organic or inorganic composition, if some inherent rigidity is present or intentionally achieved. The glass fiber filaments have to be used multiply spun-split, in order to achieve that splicing of the filament occurs during passage through the pair of rollers due to the selected nip and the twisting. The splicing of a spun yarn results in a spread of the deposited loops, which makes up about 3 times the loop diameter. Already when using a spun yarn such a mutual influence is achieved that it is i.'cht possible to take up and wind up the 3 to 5 individual filaments of the spun-bonded fiberglass thread again. The result is a Fartenineinanderlage (thread ball).
