Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing knit with core-sheath structure, which is suitable in construction for sealing joints with extremely different width, preferably in the window area. According to the invention, in the case of the sealing knit having a minimum thickness of 20 mm, the core material consists of a flock coating of undirected, predominantly short-staple fibers without an adhesive bond between the flocs. The core material is formed and solidified exclusively by the coarse mesh structure, which is made up of courses of stitches extending at least 4 times the length of the cord with a minimum mesh spacing of 10 mm. The sealing knit according to the invention can be adapted directly to the installation of extremely differentiating joint widths by abruptly reducing its diameter by a multiple without the mechanical separation of partial elements.

The invention relates to a sealing knit with core-shell structure, which is used in construction for sealing. Joints with extremely differing width, preferably in the Penster area, is suitable.
3. Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der Technik3. Characteristic of the known state of the art
In the construction industry, in the panel construction method, due to the required assembly tolerances after the windows have been hit, a gap is created between the frame and the concrete slab. This joint has considerable width differences, in particular in the areas in which the fastening elements of the windows are located.
Ebenso finden Streifen von Minaralwolleplatten oder Schaumpolystyrolplatten Anwendung ,For the sealing of building joints a variety of sealing knitting and method is known. For sealing z. B. Mineralwollestricke used, which are braided with steel wire. Likewise, strips of minaral wool boards or foam polystyrene boards are used.

But they are only suitable for sealing joints with approximately uniform width, since they are only slightly compressible due to their structure.
In the DB-OS 21 57 975 a joint sealing strand, which consists of a plastic-coated foam profile, described, with the achieved a good sealing effect v / ird, with even small width variations of the joint can be compensated. A disadvantage of this strand is the high cost of manufacturing high quality primary raw materials.
So müßten ζ. B. in den Bereichen mit sehr geringer Fugenbreite große Teile des Abdichtm.ittels herausgeschnitten werdenThe previously mentioned sealing means have the common disadvantage that they are not suitable to compensate for extreme differences in width of the building joints. If a good sealing effect erieicht be, which lead to a significant increase in the work and time required. So would ζ. B. in the areas with very small joint width large parts of the Abdichtm.ittels be cut out
Eine Verdrängung des Kernmaterial·s inner-Furthermore, a usable as a filling or sealing insert strand according to DE-PS 864 180 is known in which a core formed from textile fibers is surrounded by a cord braid. Although this strand is soft and relatively well squeezable, but this is not enough, the requirements of extremely narrow gap in the fasteners. Even with the maximum possible compression of the strand its diameter is still too large. An application of tensile force in strand longitudinal direction leads only to an insignificant reduction in diameter. A displacement of the nuclear material · s inner

Half of the strand is also not possible because the fleece spell used consists of directional, relatively langstapeligen fibers whose cohesion is very strong. This results in similar problems as in the aforementioned sealing materials, If the sealant is dimensioned so that no problems occur in the narrow joint areas, then its diameter for the wide joint areas, which form the much larger part of the joint, too small to one to achieve sufficient sealing effect.
4. Ziel der Erfindung4. Object of the invention
The aim of the invention is to propose a sealing knit, which achieves a everywhere high sealing effect even with extremely different joint width, can be produced highly productive and is easy to handle.
5. Wesen der Erfindung5. essence of the invention
The technical object of the invention is to provide a sealing knit, which can be adapted by its structure ™ and material composition immediately upon installation extremely different joint widths by the knitting diameter is reduced abruptly without mechanical separation of sub-elements by a multiple.
Erfindungsgemäß besteht bei dem Dichtstrick mit einer Mindestdicke von 20 mm, der aus einer Kern-Mantel·-Struktur besteht, bei der im Kern flockenförmiges Material eingesetzt ist und als Ma .tel eine grobe Maschenstruktur aus Fäden vorhanden ist, das Kernmaterial aus einerAccording to the invention consists in the sealing knit with a minimum thickness of 20 mm, which consists of a core-shell structure in which flake-shaped material is used in the core and as a Ma .tel coarse mesh structure of threads is present, the core material of a

Flock bedding of undirected, predominantly short staple fibers without adhesive bond between the flakes. The core material is formed and solidified solely by the coarse mesh structure formed of at most 4 courses running along the stick with a minimum mesh pitch of 10 mm.
At least 70 % of the fibers may be less than 15 mm in length.
The threads of the Macchenstruktur may consist of an elastic (hochfeaten material.
B. durch mechanisches Abtrennen ent-Surprisingly, it has been found that the coarse mesh structure is suitable for shaping the flock bed according to the invention into such a composite that hardly any loss of core material occurs even through the large meshes. At the same time there is such an extreme formability that constricted by jerky action of longitudinal forces, the mesh structure between the points of force, the core material, which has no adhesive bond, aas this area "migrates" and the constriction on both sides of the same congestion occurs. Since with the constriction the Ivlaschengröße is reduced by reducing the distance to the Masehenreihen, also the radial pressure on the core material hardly causes its exit from the sheath. The congestion on both sides of the constriction, however, leads to the shortening of the Maschenstabchenabstand.es, whereby at this point largely the loss of nuclear material is prevented. By this effect achievable, the sealing knit very quickly extremely different joint widths can be adjusted without material z. B. by mechanical separation
fernt werden muß.must be removed.
Als Material für die Maschenstruktur eind besonders elastische hochfeste Fäden geeignet, da sie bei ruokartiger Einwirkung von Längskräften eine sehr gute Haltbarkeit aufweisen»Due to the high proportion of short staple fibers, it is possible to produce the sealing knit from secondary raw materials for which there were no processing possibilities so far. As a material for the mesh structure a particularly elastic high-strength threads suitable, since they have a very good durability in the so-called impact-like effect of longitudinal forces »
