Description
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention is based on the object, a Gleichschrittofen for the heat treatment of sheets with a transport device of two extending in the furnace longitudinal direction, alternately carrying a sheet and advancing by a transport step beam groups whose Baiken are alternately adjacent to each other and spaced from each other over the width of the furnace, to create a safe sheet metal transport even at sheet widths, which are under the conventional furnace construction and previously referred to in practice as the lower limit measure of about 1250 mm and in the usual beam arrangement with a bar pitch of 420mm to a Bischbreite can range from around 1000mm down.
This object is achieved according to the invention in a surprisingly simple manner in that a bar of a beam group, in addition to the adjacent bars on both sides of the other beam group is formed as a double bar, the two individual bars between them and with respect to the neighboring bars have a distance. Due to this double-beam formation of a beam from a beam group, a metal sheet, when the two adjacent beams of the other beam group lower, also a non-tilting support on two spaced beams, if the sheet width extends only from the middle of one adjacent beam to the middle of the other neighboring beam that is, when the sheet width is only twice the bar pitch. For example, with the help of a stop to which the sheet is applied with a sheet edge, the sheet can be targeted to be placed on the bars that dia sheet edges with Sir.herht. t and rest evenly on the two neighboring beams of the double beam. On the other hand, as a result of the double beam formation, however, sufficient free gaps or distances remain between the two neighboring normal beams of the other beam group, through which sufficient underheating of the metal sheet through the furnace bottom can take place. The distance between the individual beams of the double beam and the neighboring balker can be as small as possible and essentially only needs to be enough, in consideration of usual furnace and beam lengths of about 70 m, to hit the individual beams against the neighboring beams during the movement of the beam groups with safety beams. exclude unit, so that in this way the sheet metal supports are brought by the two individual bars of the double bar as close as possible to the sheet metal supports by the two adjacent normal bars, the under-heating is effective by the correspondingly increasing distance between the two individual bars of the double bar. It is within the meaning of the invention that the distance between the individual bars is greater than their distance from the adjacent transport bars.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a dsn double-beam supporting support between receiving devices for fixing the two individual bars on additional receiving devices for fixing a after removal of the individual beams centrally on the support attachable Transpoitbalkens.
In der zugehörigen Zeichnung zeigen:The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to oines embodiment. In the accompanying drawing show:
Fig. 1: a simplified representation of a cross section through the lower part of the Gleichschrittofens; 2 shows a part of Fig. 1 in an enlarged view.
The Gleichschrittofen has a conventional subdivision dos furnace bottom in two groups of four alternately adjacent bar-like bottom parts 1; 2. The floor parts of each group together carry out a vertical and one in the longitudinal direction horizontal transport step movement, to which each bottom part is connected at a bottom with a mechanical direction of movement 3 and under the bottom parts 1; 2 a plurality of water cups 4 is arranged, with the aid of which the gaps between the bottom parts 1; 2 gas-tight to be completed. Each bottom part 1; 2 carries on a support 5 a transport bar 6. The bar pitch (distance from the center of the beam to the middle of the beam) has the usual measure of 420 mm. The transport beams 6 are usually made of castings 7, which are used on their upper side as Abzusttrfläche, laterally enclosed by the greeting bodies 7 8 stones. The castings 7 have a common width of 240mm, so that in the aforementioned bar division between the castings 7 of two adjacent transport bar 6, a distance of 180mm, through which a heat radiation of the underside of a sheet 14 can take place through the furnace bottom. While seven floor parts 1; 2 each carry a single normal transport bar 6, is a transport bar 6 of a bar group, which is not one of the two outermost transport bar 6, but next to the adjacent bars on both sides of the other beam group and is preferably adjacent to the furnace center, formed as a double bar whose two Einzelbalkan 9 have a distance both between themselves and with respect to the two adjacent normal bars. The two individual bars 9 of the double bar rest on a correspondingly wider support 10 of the associated bottom part. Conveniently, the distance between the individual bars 9 is greater than their distance from the adjacent normal bar 6. For example, the Einzelba.ken 9 have a reduced to 200mm width of their castings 11 and to the adjacent normal transport bar 6 as close as possible to a free distance of Be moved 35mm, so that in addition to these distances, a free distance of 130mm between the two Einzelbaiken 9 of Doppelbaikens for so-called Unterbehebung arises. With these dimensions, the distance between the center of the two individual bars 9 of the double bar 330mm is then sufficiently large to wear a narrow plate 14 tilt-proof with the double bar and weiterertransportiuren. The width of the sheet 14 only needs to be so large that the plate 14 with both edges can rest sufficiently wide on the two adjacent the double beam support beam 6, for which in the aforementioned Balkendimensione.i a minimum sheet width of 1000mm is completely sufficient. For a targeted placement of the sheet 14 on the double bar respectively on the two adjacent transport bar 6, a stop not shown for one or the other edge of the sheet 14 to be placed can be provided. The widened trained support 10 of the double bar has cam-like receiving means 12 for fixing the two patch single bar 9. Preferably, the support 10 has additional cam-like Aufnahmeeinrichtunger therebetween. 13 for the same fixing a after removal of the single bar 9 centrally on the support 10 can be placed transport bar. 6
