Abstract
Diese Erfindung betrifft Schweisswerkstoffe. Ziel dieser Erfindung ist die Erhoehung der Verschleissfestigkeit des Schweissgutes. Dieses Ziel wird dadurch erreicht, dass in der Pulverdrahtzusammensetzung, ueberwiegend zum Auftragschweissen von spanenden Werkzeugen, die aus einem niedriggekohlten Stahlmantel und einer Schicht bestehen, die Schicht zusaetzlich ein Perowskitkonzentrat sowie Chrom, Molybdaen, Vanadin, Silizium, Mangan und Titan in Form von Ferrolegierungen in folgender Zusammensetzung enthaelt, Ma.-%:Graphit0,8 bis 1,4Marmor0,5 bis 2,3Flussspat0,5 bis 5,0Ferrochrom4,5 bis 6,5Ferromolybdaen9,0 bis 1,3Ferrovanadin3,0 bis 5,0Ferrosilizium1,5 bis 2,5Ferromangan0,25 bis 0,85Ferrotitan1,5 bis 3,0Perowskitkonzentrat0,2 bis 1,5niedriggekohlter Stahlmanteluebrige.This invention relates to welding materials.
