Abstract
Figur{Entfeuchtung vertikaler Bauwerksteile, wärmegedämmte Wandung, vertikal und diagonal verlaufende Faserbündel, Feuchteleitsystem, frostfreie Sammelleitung}The arrangement for dehumidifying vertical building parts should be used on buildings, preferably on containers made of concrete with a thermally insulated wall. For this purpose, in the outer wall between the outer wall and the insulating layer or in the insulating layer, vertically and diagonally extending fiber bundles or other fiber structures are arranged to form a moisture control system which opens completely or partially into a frost-free collecting line. The diagonal fiber bundles absorb the resulting moisture and lead them to the vertically extending fiber bundle, in which the moisture is frost-free from the building part either directly into the ground or via manifold, which is connected to a known drainage line, derived. With the same arrangement of other moisture-conducting fiber structures, the same effect is achieved. The principle is shown in a drawing. Description
The diagonal fiber bundles absorb the surface moisture and feed it to the vertical fiber bundles. From here, the moisture management system discharges frost-free into a well-known drainage system via a collecting line or without a manifold.
The moisture transport in the fiber bundles or the fiber structures is under gravity and is not hindered due to the low capillary forces.
The invention will be explained below using an exemplary embodiment. The accompanying drawing shows the isometry of a container wall with built-in humidity control system.
B.On the outer surface of a liquid container made of prestressed concrete diagonal fiber bundles 2 are made of z. B.
Secondary raw materials, such as Kemafil knit, with vertical fiber bundles 3 of the same material arranged so that they intersect at an angle of for example 45 ° at a uniform distance from each other. Between the insulation layer 5 covered by the Wetterschutzschicht.7 made of mineral wool and the outer wall 1 of the container with the moisture control system therein, a release layer 4 is arranged PVC soft film. This release layer 4 can be omitted when using suitable insulation materials, such as rigid polyurethane foam. In the lower part of the insulated surface, the vertical fiber bundles 3 open into a manifold 6 made of PVC pipe. The manifold 6 made of PVC pipe is dehydrated frost-free by means of known technical solutions and flows into a conventional dewatering device.
The invention is intended to be used in the construction industry in the vertical dehumidification of buildings, mainly concrete tanks.
The specific advantage of the invention is that the previously necessary material and time consuming application of the water-impermeable layer is eliminated. In addition, the insulating layer is no longer destroyed or the insulating effect by preventing the freezing of the moisture flow or by eliminating the convective heat transport is increased.
