The invention relates to a roof crane, which is used especially in construction for transporting loads on the roof, in particular for roofing, use.
Elevators are predominantly used to cover pointed roofs and flat roofs, and to repair them.'The application of the various types of elevators, however, has its limits in the height of the buildings and in the amount of work that must be done in order to install a lift, such as: , B. scaffolding and the like. For such work also tower cranes and other heavy cranes are used, but are available as expensive investment funds only on large construction sites, especially in urban construction and in the reconstruction of roofs there is a need to bring smaller loads on the roof with hoists, the small Need space and have relatively low weight. For such purposes, a roof crane is already known, which is mounted on the rafters of a pitched roof. This roof crane consists in principle of a rotatable stand mast with boom. Due to the nature of his items, he needs the pitched roof necessarily for its attachment and its stability. It is therefore only applicable to pitched roofs, which offer the possibility of its attachment on the roof with its roof structure. It has also been tried to use for this purpose the window crane known from the patent specification WP 149353. This consists essentially of a boom, which is held with a device in the window opening. However, this crane is even less suitable than the previous crane for the transport of loads on the roof, because its fastening device is designed exclusively for window openings and does not allow the attachment to rafters.
Another similar type of crane is also known as a "window crane" in which a horizontal boom is attached to a vertical mast which clamps in a fixture in the window opening because of this crane's boom and mast for carrying small loads on the roof However, this foot is as large as a single part and must be large enough to carry the counterweights that it severely obstructs the roofing Size and weight are such that it is not suitable for transport through roof hatches, and this crane, which was converted into a roof crane, was therefore not to be used to transport loads on the roof.
It is the object of the invention to provide a roof crane for roofing and coating of pointed and flat roofs, which is suitable while avoiding all the aforementioned deficiency to transport loads for roofing with sufficient stability on the roof. It requires the smallest space to work, hardly obstructs the roofing with its production on the roof and guarantees a favorable settling of the load.
The invention has for its object to achieve the goal with the creation of a roof crane, which is due to special training of its stand elements and its headboard and by its construction in lightweight, small units the requirements, especially in urban construction.
The inventive solution is that on a collar of a tubular column already a boom and on the other hand, a pivotable support frame are fixedly mounted on a rotatably mounted on the column sleeve sitting, which are on the pillar in functional communication, with braces and a support, which are fastened on the one hand with tabs on the column and on the other hand have feet. On the hinged support frame a winch with motor and a control box are arranged serving as overload protection. The sleeve with the tabs form a self-contained unit sitting on a collar and are connected via a push rod with spring with the pivotal support frame in connection. The push rod with its spring is in turn connected via a seated on the support frame power switch with the engine. The support is attached with struts in the tabs and has at its end a flange, on which in turn is the counterweights supporting part of the support. On the struts a railing is arranged.
The invention will be illustrated and described in one embodiment.
The drawing shows in Figure 1 the roof crane according to the invention in an overall view on a flat roof.
In Figur 2 die Kransäule als Einzelheit. In Figure 2, the crane column as a detail.
In Figur 3 den Tragrahmen als Baugruppe. In Figure 3, the support frame as an assembly.
The roof crane consists of a tube-like column 1, which has a covenant 2 almost in height as needed. On the column 1 are under the collar 2 and at the bottom of each pair of 3 or 2 tabs 3. The column 1 has 2 struts 4 and a two-part support 5, which removably secured with their struts between the tabs 3 on the column 1 are. The supports 4 and the support 5 each have a foot 6 which rests on a roof surface -7.
The two-part support 5 is rigidly joined together via a flange 8 and carries over its foot 6 a counterweight 9. The braces 4 have fasteners for a railing 10, which sits on one of the two spreaders 4.
On the upper part of the column 1, a sleeve 11 is rotatably mounted, which rests on the collar 2. It has at its upper end opposite tabs 3 and at its end with which it rests on the collar 2, are also arranged in pairs tabs 12. These tabs 12, on the one hand a boom 13 is fixed with its struts and on the other hand a support frame 14 with Winch 15, motor 16 and switch box 17 pivotally mounted. In the upper flaps 3 of the sleeve 11, once the strut of the boom 13 is rigidly fixed and on the other hand a variable-length push rod 18 with a spring 19 is arranged. The push rod 18 is connected at its other end to the support frame 14.
The roof crane according to the invention is now brought to the roof as follows and mounted there. Its individual parts are so light and handy that they can be transported by a person in the stairwell and through the skylight. First, in the following assembly on the column 1, the braces 4 are fastened with a screw connection between tabs 3.
Thereafter, the 2 parts of the support 5 are joined together with their flanges 8, screwed and also attached to the column 1. The located on the braces 4 and the support 5 feet 6 have to increase the adhesion to the roof a timber support plate, thus enabling the safe standing of the roof crane. Subsequently, the support frame 14 is pivotally connected to the winch 15, drive motor 16 and switch box 17 with 2 bolt connections in the tabs 12 with the sleeve 11. The resulting assembly is now attached to the column 1 until it rests on the collar 2. Subsequently, the push rod 18 is fixed with its compression spring 19 on the one hand on the frame 14 and on the other hand between the tabs 3. Opposite the push rod 18, the boom 13 is now fixed once in the tabs 12 and the other between the tabs 3.
DerTragrahmen'14 with its accessories and the boom 13 thus together form an effective unit. In the case of overload on the boom 13 enters an unacceptable tension in the cable strand between boom 13 and 15 winds, whereupon the frame 14 pivots in the direction of the sleeve 11 out. In this case, the spring 19 is compressed and the push rod 18 is displaced in itself, whereupon a limit switch interrupts the power supply to the motor, so that the effect of an overload protection is given.
To secure the operating personnel, the railing 10 is fastened by plug connections to one of the spreaders 4. With the placement of the counterweights 9 on the support 5 of the roof crane is tilt-proof and thus made operational.
