Description
das Wirkstoffkonzentrat in bekannter Weise in Aerosolbehälter abgefüllt und mit einem Treibmittel bestehend aus Isobutan oder Propan oder einem Gemisch aus beiden im Verhältnis von 6,5 bis 20% zu 93,5 bis 80% beaufschlagt wird.the active ingredient concentrate is filled in a known manner in aerosol containers and applied with a propellant consisting of isobutane or propane or a mixture of both in the ratio of 6.5 to 20% to 93.5 to 80%.
The present invention relates to a means for cleaning and care of sanitary ware products and sanitary facilities.
For the cleaning of sanitary ware products a variety of technical recipe solutions is known. A known cleaning agent contains water-soluble salts of acidic sulfuric acid esters and up to 15% by weight of boric acid. The acidic character of the cleaning agent does not permit aerosol application without corrosion problems in corresponding packaging means. The availability of the selected components is limited.
Another cleaning agent is described in DE-OS 2511854. The cleaning agent contains 5-30 parts of urea-formaldehyde polymer particles, 70-95 parts of halide-containing solvent, up to 3 parts of silica and antistatic agents, with the cleaning agent concentrate being exposed to a fluoromethane-based aerosol propellant. On the basis of the formaldehyde content, a toxicological harmlessness of the cleaning agent is not given. The content of polymer particles of the order of 10 to 105pm does not allow a trouble-free application as a spray product with regard to the possible clogging of the spray heads and the valves.
In der DE-OS 2913043 ist ein flüssiges Reinigungsmittel dargestellt, welches folgende Komponenten enthält: bis zu 10 Gew.-% nichtionisches TensidIn DE-OS 2913043 a liquid detergent is shown which contains the following components: up to 10 wt .-% of nonionic surfactant
bis zu 2Gew.-% wasserlösliches Polymer auf Basis von Polyethylenglykol und Celluloseether bis zu 10 Gew.-% Gerüstsubstanzup to 2% by weight of water-soluble polymer based on polyethylene glycol and cellulose ether up to 10% by weight of builder substance
AS 2141982 dargestellt.and up to 15% by weight of water-soluble or emulsifiable organic solvents. The high proportion of surface-active and other active ingredients in this cleaning agent is uneconomical. A detergent prepared on the basis of quaternary ammonium compounds and phosphorocarboxylic acids is shown in DE-AS 2141982.
The technical production of the components is technologically complex.
In DE-OS 2932942 a cleaning agent is described, which contains components that can be produced only with great technical effort.
Zu den Komponenten gehören Alkali-, Ammonium- oder Aminsalze der Alkylarylsulfonsäure oder -Alkylschwefelsäure, Natriumgluconat und Natriummetasilikat. The components include alkali, ammonium or amine salts of alkylarylsulfonic acid or alkylsulfuric acid, sodium gluconate and sodium metasilicate.
An economically unacceptable proportion of surfactants up to 50% by weight and additional proportions of up to 30% by weight of citric, succinic and glutaric acid are specified in a cleaning agent according to DE-OS 3237608.
In DE-OS 2750528 a method for keeping clean toilet bowl is described. The cleaning concentrate contains hypohalite as a bleaching agent, alkali metal salts of sulfonic acids and water. As an aerosol application, it leads to corrosion problems on tinned containers.
Further detergent compositions for sanitary facilities are presented in DE-OSs 2162790, 1959652 and 160833. These formulations also have disadvantages in terms of technological production conditions and economic effectiveness.
Die wesentlichsten Inhaltsstoffe der in den genannten DE-OS dargestellten Reinigungsmittelrezepturen sindThe most essential ingredients of the detergent formulations shown in the aforementioned DE-OS are
— Ethoxyalkylphenol- Ethoxyalkylphenol
— Polyethoxyethylenester- Polyethoxyethylenester
— Alkylbenzensulfonat- alkyl benzene sulphonate
— quatemäre Ammoniumverbindungen- quaternary ammonium compounds
— Alkylphenole- alkylphenols
— Phosphorsäure- Phosphoric acid
— Natriumsulfit- Sodium sulfite
— Natriumsilikat- Sodium silicate
Other disadvantages occur in the known technical solutions due to lack of disinfecting effect and poor foam stability. In many known solutions, the liquid film runs off quickly and thereby reduces the contact time of the active ingredient.
