Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
From DD-PS 210938 a single-layer tape-shaped textile drainage element is known. This monolayer needle-punched nonwoven fabric containing 40 to 20% long synthetic fibers with a fineness in the range of 1.3 to 3.2tex and 60 to 80% short shredding synthetic fibers with a fineness in the range of 0.2 to 0.68tex, has a basis weight in the range of 650 to 750g / m 2 and a thickness in the range of 7 to 10mm. The two fiber components - primary and tear fibers can be distributed homogeneously in the needle nonwoven fabric.
The disadvantage of this technical solution is mainly that valuable, coarse primary fibers are used, and that at bandwidths above 50mm, the transverse stiffness for the trenchless drainage is too low.
According to DD-PS 221768 a method for producing a textlien fabric with filling and reinforcing material is known. In this case, textile secondary raw materials and / or non-textile secondary raw materials are first laid in a single layer during cross-laying of the carding blind to the transverse web between the pile layers directly in the mechanical formation of the transverse web. / Subsequently, this cross-web is solidified in a conventional manner by needling, sewing or gluing. These secondary raw materials can be inserted between an identical or different number of pile layers. The disadvantage here are the high tool stresses during solidification of the textile fabric. In addition, such drainage elements have a relatively low water conductivity of 0.1 l / m · s. Multi-layer drainage elements are also described in DE-OS 2327618 and DD-PS 107323. These drainage elements consist of two fabrics and a water-guiding layer arranged therebetween. In this case, as a water guide layer corrugated PVC that: profile, heat-sealed recesses granular layers, foam sheets, slotted or perforated pipes, slotted or perforated profiles, coarse-fibred synthetic fiber fleeces or dot spacers used.
These profiles can not be used for trenchless installation due to their overall thickness of 5 to 10cm. Furthermore, these drainage elements have a complicated structure and require special production.
From the specialist literature, a method is known in which a voluminous web of shredded synthetic textile waste is pierced horizontally by means of heated needles. In this case occurs by the melting both a solidification effect of the entire surface and the formation of horizontal holes in the fabric.
A disadvantage of this method is the presence of thermoplastic raw materials and the formation of channels transverse to the Wasserflußrichtung in the installed state.
Finally, the DD-PS 219232 should be noted. The subject of this patent is a multi-layered tape-shaped drainage element consisting of two parallel-extending textile fabrics, in particular tear-fiber fleeces, with intermediate water-guiding elements which are connected to one another by needling. The water guide elements consist of strip-shaped, easily decomposable textlien and / or non-textile secondary raw materials. Furthermore, the number of inserted water guide elements per m drainage element depending on the cross-sectional area of the inserted water guide element results in a cross-sectional area of at least 10% of the total cross-sectional area of the drainage element.
, ,The disadvantage of this technical solution is, above all, that there is no sufficient rigidity, especially with bandwidths greater than 30 cm. ,,
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to produce a tape-shaped textile Dränageelement from a solidified Tear-knit nonwoven fabric while eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages in an economically acceptable manner.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide an improved Dränageelement of the type marked for the trenchless installation, using secondary raw materials by a simple and straightforward construction of the relatively soft and small-pored tear fiber nonwoven fabric should achieve high water conductivity and the required stiffness.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that first the solidified tear fiber nonwoven fabric is pierced vertically in its cross-sectional area by means of hollow needles. Subsequently, the vertical water guide elements from non-textile secondary raw materials are stored in the middle. The water guide elements have a tubular or spiral structure.
Der Reißfaservliesstoff muß außerdem eine Mindestdicke vonFurthermore, the water guide elements have a minimum diameter of 2 mm and are distributed centrally over the nonwoven fabric cross-section such that a cross-sectional area fraction of these water guide elements is present on the total cross-sectional area of the nonwoven nonwoven fabric of at least 1.5%. The tear fiber nonwoven must also have a minimum thickness of
10mm aufweisen. .10mm. ,
The introduction of the tubular or spiral water guide elements can be realized for example in discontinuous operation. In this case, first the piercing of the hollow needles in the tear-fiber non-woven fabric up to its lower edge.
Thereafter, the water guide elements are inserted into the hollow needle. In this case, the insertion of the water guide can be done by hand or by means of a laterally arranged, oblique magazine. Subsequently, the lowering of the holding boards in the respective hollow needle takes place up to the upper end of the water guide. Finally, the hollow needles and the holding plates are pulled out.
To carry out the method according to the invention, a device is used in which a needle bar with the hollow needles is arranged above a holding device for the tear-fiber nonwoven fabric. This holding device consists for example of a plurality of mutually parallel holding plates.
By means of these holding plates, the tear-fiber nonwoven fabric is fixed at a lateral pressure of, for example, 20 to 50 p / cm 2 surface pressure. Above the needle bar is a Halteplatinenbarre which has the same dimensions as the needle bar with the hollow needles.
By the solution according to the invention, it is possible to meet the object mentioned.

After piercing the tear-fiber nonwoven fabric 1 with the hollow needles 6 to 13, the insertion of the water-conducting elements takes place in the form of plastic sleeves with a length of 30 cm and an outer diameter of 3 mm. Subsequently, the Halteplatinenbarre 14 is lowered until placing the ring tip of the holding plates 15 to 22 on the plastic sleeves 6 to 13 located in the plastic sleeves. Thereafter, the needle bar 5 moves up to its original position, and finally the holding board bar 14 is pulled out of the ripcord nonwoven fabric. The machined part of the tear-fiber nonwoven fabric 1 with inserted water elements 23 is pulled out by about 33 cm from the device via the rollers 24, 25 after the lateral pressure plates 3, 4 have been released.
