Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Bauwesen. Ziel: Effektiver Einsatz von Installationsmaterial und Schaffung der Moeglichkeit, Reparaturen im wesentlichen ohne das Betreten der Wohnung vornehmen zu koennen. Aufgabe: Anschluss mehrerer Wohnungen an ein Installationssystem bei gleichzeitiger Trennung von Bad und WC sowie das Auswechseln von Rohren und das Durchfuehren wesentlicher Reparaturen von einem Raum ausserhalb der Wohnungen. Baeder, Kuechen und WC mindestens von zwei Wohnungen in einer Geschossebene sind um einen Schacht angeordnet, der durchgehend vom Keller aus besteigbar und bis zum Dachraum durchgefuehrt ist.
