Abstract
Fig. 2The produced by the process Faeden have due to their constitution and profiled cross-sectional shape a noble and brilliant shine and a good Anfaerbegleichgleichessigkeit in uni gefaerbten textile area. The production of these profiled Faeden done by a novel combination of the known process steps, wherein the goal is achieved in a simple and economic way, without chemical modification of the starting polymer. According to the invention, the process is carried out in such a way that a polyamide gloss granules having an increased degree of stabilization and certain residual moisture are spun and cooled by a nozzle package with a special calming zone and trilobal dune with short legs, such that the faerbike influencing factors from the field of filament geometry, molecular as well as molecular weight Over-molecular structure of polyamide 6, in particular the slenderness of the profile fibers, does not exceed certain limits. The invention relates to a process for the production of nylon-6 yarns, in particular at higher spinning speeds, which are characterized by their constitution and the profiled cross-sectional shape by a noble and brilliant gloss and a good staining uniformity in plain-colored textile fabrics. The threads produced are suitable for the production of warp knitwear for the outerwear sector, in particular in mixed processing with polyurethane threads to highly fashionable swimwear and in the textile sector, wherein in addition to the desired gloss effect when using disperse, acid and metal complex dyes a good staining uniformity is achieved.
The method is particularly .to the production of shiny trilobal profiled polyamide yarns tex with a thread unit to 10, preferably of 2.2 tex to 5 tex, both according to the classical as well as by spinning at speeds over 3000 m · min "1 suitable. After the Method can also be processed glossy granules of Copolymiden.
Numerous discontinuous processes are known for producing profiled polyamide 6 yarns with a yarn count of up to 10 tex, a gloss effect, high tear resistance and low elongation.
The known method has in common that the molten, unmattierte polymers are conveyed by spin pumps to nozzle packages and extruded through suitable nozzle plates into filament bundles consisting of up to 70 filaments. Depending on the required thread unit and the desired gloss effect, the nozzle plates used have a bean-shaped, triangular, trilo-, tetra- or multilobal nozzle-hole cross-section (US Pat. Nos. 964,459, 017,137, 3,353,301, 3,902,310,9195, 3,092,20, DT-GM 1 889879) , 1 886265, FR-PS 1 383858), wherein the withdrawal speed of the profiled threads are varied from the nozzle in the batch process in the range of 600 to 1 200m / min '; τηη. It is also known that the freshly spun profile thread cooled below the nozzle by blowing and between the nozzle and Aufspul device an aqueous spin finish is applied to the threads. The soaked spun silk is stored for several hours under special climatic conditions before further processing. To achieve the final denier, for example, from 3.4 to 5 tex, the threads are stretched in air without additional heat to three to four times their original length in one stage and wound on reel spools with a Bewicklungsmasse up to 2.7 kg / presentation unit.
On the other hand, continuous processes for the production of glossy profiled polyamide yarns in which the speed of the yarn draw-off can be varied in the range between 1,500-4,000 m / min are not known.
However, a profile thread produced by the conventional, discontinuous process with a line count of less than 10 tex, which is sufficient after the stretching process, has a number of property deficiencies which severely limits the usability in the ixtile industry. It has been shown that the desired, noble and brilliant gloss of the proposed skipped profile shapes is not achieved.
(Vgl. Bieser, H.; Chemiefasern 17 (1967)4, ,262, Steinlein, F.; MelliandTextilberichte 64 (1983) 3, S.212.)Fabrics made of silk with triangular profile, the gloss is greasy, in other profiles, however, to dull or ι dull. From the literature it is further evident that dyeing problems occur during the further processing of the profile types, but not with a round cross-section always appear lighter colored than those with a round cross-section. For example, the amount of dyestuff required for a dye of the same color strength increases by about 100% in the transition from a round to a trilobal cut in the case of polyamide carpet yarns. The color stratigraphy of the profile types occurring in monochrome, dyed warp-knit fabrics is also rated worse compared to fibers / silks with a round cross-section. (See Bieser, H .; Chemiefasern 17 (1967) 4,, 262, Steinlein, F. Melliand Textile Reports 64 (1983) 3, p.212.)
Investigations in this context indicate araufhin that the increased color stringency of these threads in addition to a variety of influencing factors also significantly on the ease of profile quality between the individual reel spools and longitudinally within a coil is characterized, ie chemical fiber manufacturers are therefore anxious, as well as in the spinning of Filaments with a round cross-section, by a vitriform constant driving or by modifying the manufacturing process of the polyamide-6 to achieve the glossy or glittering effect desired by the extilindustrie with the required staining uniformity, us single process steps is known that, for example, by narrowing the solution viscosity of the used, low-stabilized polyamide granules to ± 0.01, by selecting certain leg lengths / axial ratios in the rofilform, by changing Anblasbedingungen in the spinning shaft (eg., Increasing the blowing air velocity u nd emperatur), by lowering the Spinnereiklimas to about 35% rel. Humidity or by using low cornering speeds below 600m / min, a positive effect in the profile and Stärbegleichmäßigkeit can be achieved (see, usnak, J., Zobome, F., Levai, GY, MagyarTextiltechnika 29 (1975) 8, p.396 , JaP 14172/68, JP-OS 7734019, JP-OS 7785517). In / P 216261 also the addition of a known Farbegalisiermittels already proposed for aqueous spin finish, are more serious procedural steps are known, where the staining behavior by modified or deliberately introduced finishing stages should be positively influenced on the finished textile fabric. üel der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von weitgehend oder vollständig orientierten Polyamid-6-Fäden so zu lestalten, daß auf einfache und ökonomische Weise, ohne wesentliche chemische Modifizierung des Ausgangspolymeren irofilierte Polyamidfäden mit einem edlen und brillanten Glanzeffekt hergestellt werden, die nach der Verarbeitung mit Olyurethanfäden zu elastischen textlien Flächengebilden keine störende Farbstreifigkeit nach der einbadigen Färbung lufweisen.üel of the invention is to provide a process for the preparation of substantially or fully oriented polyamide-6 yarns designed so that are produced in a simple and economical way, without substantial chemical modification of the starting polymer irofilated polyamide yarns with a noble and brilliant gloss effect, according to the processing with Olyurethanfäden to elastic textlien fabrics no disturbing Farbbstreifigkeit after the one-bath dyeing lufweisen.
)arlegung des Wesens der Erfindung) embodiment of the essence of the invention
The essence of the invention is to make the production of largely or completely oriented, glossy-profiled polyamide-6 threads by a novel combination of partially known process steps so that polyamide threads are produced in a direct way, which in the textile fabric of polyamide and polyurethane threads after the : Dyeing process, preferably in the coloring treatment, have no disturbing color streaks and have a noble twisted luster.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that a polyamide gloss granules having a high degree of stabilization of more than 0.1% acetic acid, preferably from 0.14 to 0.20% and a relative solution viscosity of μ Γβ ι = 2.55-2, 65, preferably / on 2.60-2.62, is dried and melted, the quotient of the residual moisture content of the dried granules to the equilibrium water value of the melt resulting from the degree of stabilization being greater than 0.2, preferably 0.25 to 0, 35, is. Furthermore, it is necessary that in the spinning of discontinuously extracted and dried gloss granules, the difference in the residual moisture content of the successive Granulatchargen not more than ^ H 2 O = 0.03%, preferably not more than AH 2 O = 0.01%.
: The melt thus adjusted is then conveyed by spinning pumps to the spinneret packs and spun by profile nozzles so that the delivery rates per nozzle (total thread / spinning station) are not more than 3.5.%, Preferably not more than 2.8. Distinguish from each other and to produce the desired noble and brilliant gloss, the largely or fully oriented threads such a trilobal thread cross-section (3eckige cloverleaf) obtained that the average slenderness degree φ as a measure of the profile quality is greater than 0.07, but less than 0.14 and the profile quality of the threads of different spinning stations not more than 15%, preferably not more than 10%, of the optimum value differ from each other. :
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die zugeführte Schmelze mittels eines bekannten Spinndüsenpaketes, dessen Filtermedium im inneren Druckraum vorzugsweise eine zylindrische Form mit hoherAccording to the invention, this object is achieved in that the supplied melt by means of a known Spinndüsenpaketes whose filter medium in the inner pressure chamber, preferably a cylindrical shape with high
Filter efficiency has initially highly filtered, but then not as in a known manner is performed directly to the nozzle plate, but between the support plate and nozzle plate a calming zone with a free volume of about 12%, preferably 15-20%, in relation to the total volume of the filter packages passes through the pressure and temperature compensation of the filtered melt can take place. For high filtration of the PA melt, it is also advantageous to arrange a filter medium with a low filter effect and area on the nozzle plate.
The profiled nozzle used has a trilobal cross-sectional shape and is shown in FIG.
To avoid an uncontrolled beam expansion (onion formation), which forms when flowing out of the melt from a bore and thus adversely affects the profile quality, it is necessary according to the inventive method that also the flow rate per nozzle hole not more than 6%, preferably not more than 5%, the melt emerges from the nozzle hole at a high injection speed of at least 30 m / min and the spun threads below the nozzle are blown and cooled so that the quotient of the speed of the blowing air (m / min) to the injection speed is greater than 0.4, preferably 0.5-0.7, the fluctuations of the air velocity within a spinning station or the spinning stations not more than 8%, preferably not more than 6%, from each other and selected the Anblasstrecke (shaft length) is that the quotient of the thread temperature before reaching the first Fadenleitorgane s to the glass transition temperature of the dry PA6 less than 0.5, preferably less than 0.4, in order to avoid a subsequent 'secondary deformation and thus undesirable cross-sectional changes.
The spun shiny profile threads are then subjected to an aqueous preparation emulsion by means of a spin finisher, preferably by means of a forced dosing, so that the primary moisture content of the threads is equal to the equilibrium water content of the melt in the ratio 10: 1 to 90: 1, preferably in the ratio 70: 1, stands, the fluctuations in the primary humidification between the threads of different spinning and winding units are not more than 10% of the optimum moisture content and the fat deposit on the threads at least 0.6% -1%, preferably at least 0.8%. Then the threads are then continued and wound up.
Surprisingly, it has been found that the profile threads produced by the process according to the invention have no disturbing color streak after the one-bath dyeing process of the textile fabrics.
Die Abweichungen der färbeempfindlichen Materialeigenschaften zwischen den einzelnen Spulen kann so durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ausgeglichen werden, so daß der optische Empfindungsunterschied ΔΕ benachbarter Fäden oder Fadengruppen im gefärbten, textlien Flächengebilde den Grenzwert vonThe deviations of the dye-sensitive material properties between the individual coils can thus be compensated for by the method according to the invention, so that the optical sensation difference ΔΕ of adjacent filaments or groups of filaments in the dyed, textile fabric reaches the limit of
ΔΕ max = 4,25· 10"3 ΔΕ max = 4.25 × 10 -3
The optical sensation difference ΔΕ of adjacent thread pieces depends essentially on the difference in thread count AT t and on the difference in dye concentration AC on the dyed thread, which in turn is related to the specific fiber surface and thus to the profile quality and the free end groups of PA-6 responsible for the chemical bonding of the acid dye.
The combination of the method steps ensures that the following limit values in the fluctuations between the coils (presentation units) are not exceeded.

According to the invention, a polyamide granulate without matting agent (gloss granules) having a degree of stabilization of 0.18% acetic acid and having a relative solution viscosity of 2.60 is produced. When this gloss granulate is dried at 373 0 K vacuum, the ratio of the residual water content of the granulate to the equilibrium water content of the melt is then adjusted to 0.25. The thus stabilized and dried granules are fed to an extruder, melted at 543 to 553 0 K, the melt promoted by suitable pumps to the profile nozzles, spun in 8-fold spinning into shiny threads and with the help of a Galettenduos with a spinning speed of 1 300 m / min In accordance with the invention, the conditions in the spinneret pack, at the nozzle and in the injection shaft were adjusted so that the flow rates per nozzle hole were not more than 5.6%, the degree of slimming of the trilobal cross section in the finished yarn) = 0.09, the fluctuations of the φ-value between the threads was not more than 12% and the fineness deviations between len threads of the individual presentation units were not more than 2.7%. In the process, the threads were treated with the aid of a forced metering device, preferably a preparation finger, between the nozzle and the first withdrawal tube, leaving the primary moistening of the threads to the equilibrium water value of the melt in the ratio 65: 1 and the fluctuations of the primary moistening between the threads of the spinning rod. and winding units amount to only 8% of the absolute value of humidification.
^iach Passieren eines beheizten 2. Galettenduos (Reckgalette) die auf eine Geschwindigkeit von 3800m/min und eine Temperatur >1000C, vorzugsweise >130°C, eingestellt war, wurden die weitergehend orientierten und fixierten Profilfäden mit iiner Feinheit von 4,4 tex (10) aufgewunden.^ iach passing a heated second godet (Reckgalette) which, preferably, set at a speed of 3800 m / min and a temperature of> 100 0 C> 130 ° C, were further continuously oriented and fixed profile filaments having fineness of 4.4 iiner tex (10) wound up.
The color uniformity test of the profiled gloss silk thus produced was carried out on 200 bobbins in pure and in fish processing with polyurethane threads to warp knitted fabric. The staining uniformity of the textile fabrics after jigger dyeing and HT tree dyeing using the acid dye Walk Blue GR (hue: Atlantic) was the same as for a standard color uniformity image.
